Using two condoms is not advised as latex against latex causes friction. Try it yourself at home. The heat you feel is caused by friction. When it heats up it reduces the physical strength of the condom in the first place thus causing it to tear easily. Every condom manufacturer out there recommends against using two condoms even though that's against their interests. They would love if condom usage doubled in the market place.

Secondly, if you find yourself too sensitive, put some Lidocaine on your penis and wait about 15 minutes before engaging in the act of sex. That would reduce the sensitivity of your penis and you might last longer.
