There is no place in KL similar to Burgos or EDSA or even LA Cafe. Some may argue Beach Club but that can't hold a candle to what you get in Manila.

Most important difference is the local girls in KL do not ***** themselves while the supply in Manila is totally indigenous. That makes a huge difference in terms of availability.

Someone mentioned price. I don't think KL is cheap for mongering by any standard. Places I mentioned above in Manila are expensive too but there are far cheaper options.

Suggest you RTFF a bit and make up your mind finally.

Background: I will have around 4 days in Manila. Unfortunately I can only mobilise restricted amount of money, so I need to pay attention to the cost.

Your budget per pop is on the low end, so you will have to restrict yourself to the freelancers at LA Cafe or the street walkers along Burgos Street. They will stay with you for short time at that price range. You will need $200 to collect a girl from a bar on Burgos Street for LT. EDSA will also be out of your price range. No point in in even entering unless you have the cash.

I've been to spa where there was a sign on the entrance that said Malay muslims cannot be served (Sharia law). So it seemed the patrons can only be local Indians, local Chinese or foreigners.

I would add ro EDs advice as follows: 1) Yes, LA Cafe is open 24/7 and I have had some good finds there even early (6 AM). Some go there for a quickie before they start their real job. 2) Burgos is more expensive but better selection. EDSA, too. Greenbelt is a mall in Makati famous for pick up bar at night but I have never been there to Havana. G Point is a restaurant / bar with occasionally a good find at night. 3) I use Filipina Cupid but it is for pay unlike DIA. 4) Robinson Mall in Malate. Never saw anything I wanted there except store clerks who are available if you have some game and a phone. Manila is not particularly dangerous but stay sober at night, keep money in front pocket and only what you need. Wear condoms. Non-pros are everywhere. Four days is not much time. Next time plan a trip to Angeles which has everything in a small area / rows of P4P bars much larger and cheaper than Burgos. Good luck.
