In Dubai you have plenty of Asians and quite few tall and blonde Caucasians like some of the Ukrainians at Jules. So these are more in demand and prices are higher. I don't believe there are so many idiots ready to pay more for the color of the passport. And this is in some way true also talking about salaries for regular jobs, IMHO.

I work locally and I know the area very well and I've never seen a WG in either of the two buildings you mention.

Traveled to Dubai over the weekend for work / pleasure. On Friday night called my known CIS, she is from Kazakh. Hotel was not green, not even with ID allowed.
