Hello everyone, I am back in Dubai after 2 years. Can someone tell me if The Chinese House in Bur Dubai (near the health centre) still operating? Alternatively arenthere similar places around?
The night of the (un) Caged Beast
Had a 1. 5 days in Dxb opportunity a few weeks ago thanks to a complex cosmic alignment of the constellations of Venus, Andromeda, and Virgo.
Stay was booked at one of the better looking Novotels on SZR
The first day I reached very late night to be able to set up and do anything. A couple of guys related to the transport business here provided some new details so decided to cruise, observe, and confirm whether a particular SZR strip had turned into a street pickup scene. It indeed has! You will find Chinese, Arab, and CIS walkers. Some blokes were stupid enough to walk up to anyone and start with 'how much' . You can imagine their class and nationality. Others like me parked and walked up and down the street with an occasional social type of Hi Hello if really interested. Since the next day's professional duties dictated that a pickup around 2-3 am would be most unwise, I stuck to recce mode only primarily checking out the quality rather than inquiring price points. Although the previous group alleviated that cause I overheard plenty and determined the range between 500-1500 depending on the WG and your nationality as well as how the customer was behaving.
