In many hotels in and around Amsterdam you will find a handy little guide (in English) in your room with hundreds of advertisements for girls. Just call for contact.

Get yourself a taxi to the RLD for a poke or 2 and then straight back.

I usually ingest 2 large space cakes in the taxi back to help with the journey.
