Stick to the Mango Ave. bars and to Silverdollar near Fuente Osmena (not far from Mango Ave.)

Do NOT visit a Casa or a KTV, don't care what your taxi driver says... Service is bad ('korean style') and prices are ridicolously high. There is not one reason to visit such places, except suffering of too much money and time...

There are scuba diving options, but I don't know how good they are.

Are you interested in freelancers or 'good girls'? If not, maybe Cebu isn't the best place for you concerning that you have been to Thailand, AC and Manila already...

a word of caution, be careful, two girls can rip you off, drug you or set you up (one being ****) easier than one, so for the mean time, you might want to avoid freelancers (other than those i recommend) and stick with a bar fine.

the lone star bar was my previous venue for this one, problem is that is almost three years in the past now so things may have changed. however a dancer by the name of "fay" (slim, light skinned, maybe 25, has a tattoo of the symbol for nuclear waste/biohazard on her butt) used to indulge your truly. i worked it so that i didn;t have to barfine her, would call her up and she would make arrangements with another girl, come to my hotel etc. they didn't do any lesbo stuff but my understanding is that some of the girls in the bars will and do.

Since you are staying at the Marriot, you are centrally located for some good mongering, close enough to the mango ave bars, close enough to Ayayla (freelancers) in Ratskys and of course the Sunflower disco and you can go out to Lapu-Lapu city for your diving. Check into PADO resort ([url]www.padoresort.com.kr[/url]) this place is run by Koreans but very nice, they have several places and dive spots including some small islands north of Mactuan island. Yes there are some bars in lapu Lapu city but kinda far from your hotel.

If you want some terrific diving check into an overnight trip to Malapascua or Bantayan islands three and four hrs north of Cebu respectively, these places are strictly byo babe but this is the Phils and you can find a willing lady anywhere.

As far as Boracay goes yes plenty of available diving and with some better equipment and nicer dive boats, some night action around cocomangas shooters bar, but the "ho's" there are not very appealing, local's mostly, best to BYOB.

Hi, Like you, I like to dive during the day and monger at night and Sabang is perfect for that.

I am travelling to Phil soon and I am planning to spend some time in Sabang BEach at the end of the trip but I am looking for other dive/nightlife areas in and around Cebu. I am currently thinking about Moalboal but need to do more research.

Have you found any ideal places in your research?

I was in Moalboal for New Year's Eve for about a week. It's not a bad place at all. The diving is good if you can time it for the decent visibility periods and it has a very laidback atmosphere. There are actually a few bars around and a lot of the waitresses freelance discreetly. But the main way to score is to be there at the weekend. On Friday and Saturday nights people come from all around even as far as Carcar to go to Pacita's disco (part of the Pacitas Resort). I would say in a paced disco of 150 people about 90% of the women were looking for business.......Of course this was holiday season so YMMV

I used to go diving off Mactan a few years ago. Once I had my fill of dead coral and nearly fishless water I gave it up. Maybe some of the sites on the other side of Olango island have something to see, but you would have to start earlier to get there. Keep in mind that it's a ride of 45 minutes or more if you're starting from the Marriott, depending on the traffic. If you really really want to go diving while you're in the city that's your option.

Moalboal, on the other side of Cebu island, has good diving. Like Vigo said there are many pickup opportunities. They won't be official pros, more like student types trying to pay for their tuition.

Boracay is definitely better if you BYO. Any girl you take there will be your fuck friend for life. If you're there alone you can try Cocomangas or something like that. You won't necessarily have much to choose from though. If you're going in May it might be a little better, since it will still be holiday time for students.

The best place I've seen that combines diving and mongering in the same place is Puerta Galera. Dumaguete is good if you have a girl that you met online ahead of time. The diving is out of town a bit. Moalboal is pretty good. Others, like Malapascua and Bohol, are mainly BYO.

Last time I went there we stopped at Goldielocks and bought some day old sliced bread to take diving. Once in the water, suddenly we were surrounded by hundreds of fish wanting a free meal. But your right in that there is much better diving in other spots, if you have the time.

Before arriving in Cebu join up for one or two months sites like asianeuro.com or filipinahearts.com

I remember in the former , you could search for specific age groups , cuts the chase. I also remember being approached by a significant number of oldies when I put my 40yr old mug shot on that site. Old ladies looking for a toy boy , ha ha.

Put your mug shot on the site and the younguns will largely ignore you , although some will still apply. Send the young ones to me.

Specify looking for 40's and over and the 50's and over will approach you. Say 50's and over and you might get 60 plus boilers pretending to be 50 plus.

If it was me , I would do that , and on arrival in Cebu and within minutes announce to the hotel Front Desk what your looking for , 40/50's. No , couple of hours after posting this sentence , no , that will not work , cause they will see all the other ones coming to your room too and tell their nominee to forget you , your a Butterfly. Forget Front Desk approach.

At each and every Restaurant tell the waitresses what your looking for. Spread the word wherever you go , dropping off your cell phone number along the way. Another avenue might be GoGo bars. Tell the young girls there your looking for sex with a 40/50yr old. Reckon they will have some elderly relation for you.

When talking to regular folks you might hint at sex , eg "looking for a lady around 40/50yrs for companionship and some fun". But most probably do not have to hint , Filipina's whether 25 or 55 need it just as much as you and I , ha ha.

Do not tell them where your staying at this stage , otherwise you might have them all queuing up outside your hotel room. Then you will be branded a Butterfly. I would interview babes away from hotel room and only take the selected few back to my den. Do not let all of them know where your staying or there might be chaos.

In addition to that , first day you arrive you could advertise , in the Sun Star newspaper for a tour guide , 40/50 , requesting pics and contact cell number. Wouldn't put your cell number in newspaper , might be jammed for days. It could be a lot of fun sifting through the applications and most fruitful. You can not advertise for pen pals etc nowadays but you can advertise for tour guides , I've done it before. The ladies know what your on about , no need to tour at all , ha ha.

No problem in finding 50's and over , no problem at all. Lots of Filipino hubbies abandon their wife and kids , then go looking for a younger wife. Other hubbies get killed , imprisoned , die. Reckon your on to a good thing there , unlimited potential. But make sure there is no hubby lurking in the background. Know of more than one story of hubby letting foreigner screw his wife then trying to extort large sums of money. Alternatively he takes you to court. Serious charge in Catholic Philippines. Be wary of that one.

For me , its still the young ones, where I compete with foreigners half my age.

You will have little or no competition in the 40/50's bracket. They will be so appreciative and serve you well. Dining , modest shopping next day , or slip cash in their purse. No need to talk money like you do with the young ones. Older more eager than the young ones too. They don't get many opportunities. Beware of the religious freaks though. If they start mentioning God in their txt messages whatever , press the delete button ! ha ha.

A report on your findings would make interesting reading.

If you are looking for women in your age group the extra added attraction is that you are likely to find a rich widow or two out there. I've run across a few of them in Cebu in particular, typical story, husband dies (Some cases a foreigner) she returned to Philippines bought house, has businesses etc but
nobody to share the bed. In some cases they do get a "boy toy" but being Filipina know that the guy is interested in their money only (Same for the girls hahaha!) but a few have asked me if I know any foreigner interested in a woman their age and "Romance".

I can also tell you that older women hang out in a few of the "Macho dancer" places, doing the same things we do in the go go bars, that is bar fining the younger male strippers, you'd think some of these places are "gay" but they are not, your like to see rich Chinese and Filipina women, in a few cases they're still married but since hubby does his mistress and not them they go looking to buy a piece of meat.

Check out a place across the line from Cebu in Lapu Lapu city called "The Tarzan Club" Just for laughs, a while back a few foreigners I know actually got a job "dancing" in the place, it was a scream with older women stuffing pesos in their jocks and thrilling for them to see an "Americano size" dick.

One last thing, the extra added attraction here is that most filipina are fairly well preserved and it can be hard to tell their age, women in their forties and even fifties still have the same dress size they did in high school!!
