I'm trying to get a room at Hotel Milan for a friend and his Costan Rican novia before leaving the U.S. Can this be done by the internet or does anybody have a phone number?
He's looking for as hotel in the $40 range and it doesn't need to be girl friendly. Any suggestions on how to reach Hotel Milan or can anybody recommend another similarly priced hotel with a way to book from the U.S.?

Basicly your asking for whole thing!! Most of the topics you mention depend entirely on your own bargaining skills and personal charisma.
Any arrangement with MP for inhouse delivery is between $80 to $150 for an hour or hour and 1/2 session. Now for TLN that can go up as high as $350GTSAP(GT standard aproximate price).
Anything freelancers are entirely negotiable

I was in Panama City briefly in May of 2006 and went to Elite and another club that had a similar price structure (all you can drink $25 and take-outs $300). I can't remember the name of this other club, but I think it had just opened and I know it was not Le Palace or Miami.
If anyone knows what club I might have gone to, please let me know. For some reason a name like "Cheetah's" is coming to mind, but I could be way off. I will be returning for a couple nights Aug 17-18 and I would like to visit that club again.

Yeah, I know it all varies, but I just want an idea of where to begin negotiations and to know whether I'm getting a good deal or getting scammed. Any other insights would also be great as far as how far down I should try to get girls from certain places or how high I should pay. I also plan to give gifts to some girls after an hour at the hotel, then ask for TLN. Nothing expensive, maybe a pair of the 5 for $25 panties from Victoria's secret. But, I don't want to spoil them for future mongers, either. I found this worked well when I went to Bogota.
I get the feeling from this board that most of the girls are all business, whereas in Bogota, it seemed like the girls were very GFE friendly.

It is the best deal in Panama. The providers are mostly Colombian, service runs at $84 per hour with a 8 to 10 provider. It is a must see if you are in Panama City.

The Colombian girls at Golden Times are indeed beautiful but don't look for GFE. My experience there is that the girls do what you pay them for, but they are very business-like. I'd like to add that after a recent trip to Costa Rica, girls from Cali seem to be the best looking Colombian girls imho. I'm going to look into visiting there if it is safe. And that is a big if.

Can you pick a girl and talk with her for a few minutes to try to get a cell number for the next day? Or, do you pretty much have to suck up a back room session and ask her then? I don't particularly like on-premises action...I like to be in some sort of control. Same question goes for other, similar establishments. Thanks.

Unfortunalely, no socialing at MP, just hit and run. You might be able to convince the girl to give you her cell phone if you take the session. The only places where you might socialize are Miami, Elite, Le Palace and Im not sure about Cotton Club, seems like way to expensive to me $25 cover with 1 drink included.

if that's the case then they will only live for 3 months, the top market is hyper limited and they dont go out that often. Unfornutaley here in Panama if you're aiming at a specific market, that market better be massive or you're gonna be wasting time and money... now if you're laundering money.....
