In the last few pages of reading the forum, you will learn that Bahrain has blocked access to many websites including this one. It has taken awhile for some members to find a way to see some of the websites that Bahrain has decided we shouldn't be viewing.
Upon further reading you will have noticed that the bars and clubs located with 1 and 2 stars hotels have been closed.
Other than that, you will see some recent posts on places that are business as usual. There are still plenty of ladies availible, and there are still plenty of guys with cash and eager cocks.

I go to Bahrain form Kuwait from time to time. I don't want to get surprised that FP is closed for example.
I'm surprised that a lot of people are having trouble getting on to the site from Bahrain. Guys, just google 'proxies' and you will come across a slew of proxy servers. That's how I access the site from Saudi, which is way more strict than Bahrain with regards to internet censoring.
Right now to access the site, I'm using http://www.openthegate.info/
Just follow the link and put in the web URL for this site in that little box and you'll get to the site.
Regards,
BR

BR,
While the link you give is good, just googling 'proxies' will give sites that are generally blocked. Anything with the word 'proxy' is blocked by the Bahrain uber-cyber police in the name of 'good taste'. WTF that means is beyond me.
Another way round is to google 'portable TOR' and download the application onto a USB drive. It uses The Onion Router which is useful to get around the bloody ban. Alternative you could try 'FoxyProxy' with Firefox. Using both or either in combination on a Mac seems to work for me. YMMV. I've had no problems using FoxyProxy though it is a little slow at times and it can drop the connection. Still, it's better than not being able to access ISG at all.

I'm in Bahrain, and using a program called "Hotspot Shield". If you google the name, you'll get loads of download links. Many will be blocked, but you should be able to find one that works (I did). Once you've downloaded the program, you can switch it on and off whenever you need to: while it's on, you can access blocked sites, but the internet will be marginally slower, and there are annoying banners at the top of the screen and pop-up ads; but when you turn it off everything goes back to normal. I've been using it for a few months now, and my computer's not blown up or broken down.

You are correct that a lot of them are blocked so that's why you have to search for one that is good.
The best solution is to subscribe to one of those anonymous proxy email lists, where they send you daily/bi weekly emails with new proxies set up which are sure to be unblocked. That's where I am getting all these proxies which are good, cause fairly soon I'm sure the one I'm using right now will be blocked as well.

Island Reliant Upon Debauched Visits From Thirsty Saudis Looks to Clean Up
MANAMA, Bahrain -- Every weekend, bumper-to-bumper traffic blocks the causeway into this small island nation as visitors from nearby Saudi Arabia flock to delights unavailable at home: movie theaters, bars and, for some, commercial sex.
With few other attractions, Bahrain's booming tourism industry thrives on the island's reputation as a freewheeling oasis just a short drive from major Saudi cities. Bahrain has little oil of its own; tourism, mostly by the four million Saudis who cross the causeway each year, accounts for a tenth of its economy.
All of this is endangered, as Bahraini legislators press to scrap the country's drinking laws -- currently the most liberal in the Persian Gulf -- and to impose near-total prohibition.
"I'm sorry to say, but Bahrain has become the brothel of the Gulf, and our people are very upset about it," says parliamentarian Adel Maawdah...

Dear friends,
First I would like to advice you about a club in gulf gate hotel in Manama, they have nice eastern European artists.
Once you go inside the hotel main entrance the club is on the left side.
Usually not packed.
Secondly for those who can't access the blocked websites, send me an email and I will email it for you

Are the "artists" residents inside the hotel?
Thanks
Artists? Artists?
[CodeWord140] artists?
Trapize artists?
Fine artists?
Recording artist(e)s?
What sort of artists are we talking about here?
Or perhaps 'artist' has become yet another euphamism for WGs.
I am curious to get to the bottom of this.

This article which appeared in the WSJ states that all 1 and 2 star Hotels are not allowed to serve alcohol. It also states that a big number of prostitutes were deported.
Can the guys living in Bahrain confirm if the women are still available?
What is the impact of this new rule on weekend visitors from neighboring countries? Is it still bumper to bumper traffic?

Yes its true for the most part. Only bars and outlets in 1 and 2 star hotels can not serve alcohol, but should be no problem ordering it from room service if you get a room. Plenty of pussy about in short-term apartments around exhibition road. Been to one place there recently (which I shall not mention) and seen many Thai, Chinese and Russians about. Not too impressed with the quality though. Much of the info you're asking has been posted, so RTFF. ;)
The affected 1 & 2 star hotels just cannot serve alcohol in the bar or have a disco with live entertainment.
Other than that, NOTHING has changed. You can order alcohol in your room and the WG's are still there. This whole thing is nothing but a mere eye wash/sham. And no, the number of Saudi's/Qatari's/Kuwaiti's crossing the causeway to Bahrain has not gone down.
Very quiet Bahrain Forum, What is happening? Here is the summary of my last two adventures.
Visited FP and it is lively without any problems. Also managed to get into on Friday which was a surprise for me. Lots of Russians in three rooms, different varieties and charges. I have tried A, D and N and all of them are good in service. A has got a larger bottom which I find very hot and sexy to hold , she has very small head light though. D is real stunner with all in the right shape.
Tried a PRC named J and she is very young and very good body and service oriented, truly a professional service provided. From Dubai Massage centre, perhaps on a visa run, so she is good in real massage also.
I will not repeat the usual things we do, as it is kind of repetition but suffice to say that FP is still one place for short time p4p.
Enjoy and have fun but be careful..
