There are a few RoDs if I remember right talking about them. If people cannot be bothered to read my vote is to let Nature follow its course and God will sort them out.

So Panorama (Jockeys) and Astoria (in the back-streets behind York, near the Abra station and HSBC on the Creek in Bur Dubai) are good choices for daytime punters. I don't get there much as I'm mainly a late-night fucker.
