You can forget about Safari Lodge. It was closed down some months ago. However, I have heard a rumor that they may be re-opening. I walk by there on Saturday afternoon and took a photo of the place just for old time's sake. You can still see the old "Bankomat" where I withdrew countless rubles... sniff, sniff. I'm getting weepy just thinking about the good old days. Now it's called "Elegant Hotel & Cafe" - how classy.
I still have not been able to find a substitute for the old place. I think some have had luck with a new place near the Kempinski called Violete but I have not tried it. I stuck my head in Divas a while back but it's just not the same. Too expensive. Wrong attitude. Sigh.

I have been to Diva once, but was kind of disappointed as well. Same goes for Shandra & Bordo.
I am just wondering why they all changed those good ol' concepts of quick "cheap" fun. Even the girls made quite a bit money every night, so is there no demand for that anymore?
Maybe I check out Ohlala tonight to see how it developed over there. It was always a very pushy, but nice place. Not as crowded as Safari.

The first thing is to "unshy yourself". Just start talking to girls... especially at the beginning of the night, don't focus on one, move on after 10 minutes and come back later. Give her time to think about it. And don't be shy at all, just move in and be charming. I suggest you just practice on the street or wherever... come with the right comfortable approach and girls will listen... come uncertain or shy and they'll often turn away or pretend not to understand. If you can get a conversation started, names exchanged, a couple of laughs, a touch on the shoulder or hip... she'll put you on her "to do" list. It's just up to you then not to scratch yourself off of it.
By the way, I've got guru days and I've got off days where I screw everything up. They balance each other out. Theory is relative and just theory... practice is what you need. The easiest are internet and clubs. Street is a bit more of a challenge because often it is an awkward situation, although in the summer young girls collect in many public places from 6pm to 11pm before going to clubs or going home. Work is easy as pie, but does have hazards as well.
