El Conde. I think the weekends are the best with the most people walking around, but I sat at the Cigar spot for quite a few nights and there were very few looks. The promoter or manager told me the weekends are better with closer to 25 girls. I was offered 1. 4 for an hour in house and 1. 5 for 2 hours at my place. I didn't try to negotiate, but YMMV. For what its worth this is always the easiest, you can see exactly what you are getting and there were defiantly 1-2 girls who would be called 9's or 10's.

I stayed in Piantini. No problem with guests at the Courtyard but they did take ID.

For those looking for a less impactful experience I went to a Spa right across from the Hyatt Centric in Piantini, I think SS. Small little shop. It reminded me of a few of a girl bar but it was very nice. They had a little bar, the girls did not push for drinks. I got a massage and the girl was actually pretty good. A happy ending manually was offered, but I get the feeling more is possible. It is a professional place. Very clean very nice, only one massage room so one client at a time. There was a shower in the massage room however, so YMMV. I was told that I could come and drink with the girls and they dance when there are no clients. Massage was. 8 for the hour so a little high but not crazy. I may visit next time to see about more possibilities. I think a large number of the girls were Venezuelan. There were about 5 girls available.

Its also the slow season and everyone mentioned that. I think there are deals to be had depending on your skill set.

In terms of the street work even down by Pacos it was just slow. I didn't sit down there but even when I was in the area it was just slow. Again it could have been bad timing. Almost every night was a bit slower than I expected. And remember my I was looking for women starring and giving the signs directly, so a bit more on the "pro" side. I am sure that if I had taken some initiative that there would have been some more results.

I've met plenty of women on El Conde it wasn't as many as it was back in the days but it was enough to mention. Sometimes Dominicans can't tell the difference between foreigners and their people. With that being said they're mainly looking for tourists for hooking up. I posted about checking out Independence Plaza and looking for ladies there. I rather not meet up with women off the internet, from my opinion it'll be hard to get the feeling of the woman by having cybersex before meeting up.
