Tipping
Common sense, right? Which seems so rare it should be considered a superpower on this board.
The concept that big tippers ruin the market makes little sense. A tip is up to the customer and is paid after the deed. The price agreed up front remains the same. In the worst case, girls may _expect_ bigger tips from other customers. But since tipping is fundamentally a voluntary thing, those who don't like those expectations are at their liberty to ignore them. I am a liberal tipper, but I drive a hard bargain when it comes to the agreed price (when there is any leeway. In most of these establishments it is fixed anyway).
However, rather than squabble over this, I think some people posting here should reflect on the effects of their exuberant posts on the JK scene. Anyone in the whole world with access to the internet can read them and the effect on supply and demand is potentially much greater than someone giving a nice tip on their own initiative _after_ the deed. This unwelcome "PR" may also have consequences for the delicate balance between prostitution and religion in Indonesia, which is not as stable as some seem to think.

Completely agree. We've already seen it with almost all the North Jakarta discos with working ladies and an on site setup similar to Classic being closed over the past 10 years. Stadium (a national treasure, had incredible ladies on the 3rd and 4th floors), Millies was closed as well. (Maybe Crown is still a thing? Or was it closed as well?) Maybe it was the drugs like they said. Maybe it was 2 birds, 1 stone. We've also seen low end places like the train tracks torn down and closed. Long before the train tracks another low end place, Kali Jodo was shuttered. And the government closed Alexis level 7, which was amazing. Alexis was specifically targeted by the Jakarta governor and he campaigned on closing it. I think the scene is a lot more fragile than a lot of people think. Lokasari used to have 4 or 5 brothels that have all disappeared. (Although with those I don't know if they were closed by the government or not.). Dolly, once one of the largest brothel complexes in the world in Surabaya was closed. The common thread here was plain. Too much exposure. Too much attention.
The scene in Jakarta is mostly designed for locals and not foreigners. We are so incredibly fortunate that we are welcomed and avoid things like two tier foreigner pricing, denied entry or ladies reserved only for (XYZ race). I would just encourage everyone to consider Cucumber's post below.
No, *******, I did not overpay my first trip nor any other trip. I did my research and went with the going rate, as always. To support these morons who tip three times the amount they should is irresponsible on many levels. I guess a drunken Irishman wouldn't understand that though.
Understand it well little teetotal Gaijin. Everybody overpays at some time or other, everybody's dumb snake hits a "girl you have to have" no matter the price. But to state that one person's overpaying is going to ruin the market is BS, and to lambast somebody for that idea is BS, it is all market forces. One guy buying a car from a car lot at the sticker-ed price doesn't mean that everybody's going to be doing that from now on. And that's all your doing.

Bit late
Went to Lokasari tonight at 7:30 PM. Sat outside KFC. No Mammasans. Only the usual array of longtimers at Barburger. Girl said Mammasan had stroke. Walked around the neighborhood. No offers. Went home.
I'm guessing you arrived a bit too late for the part-time semi-pro crowd. These are girls that need to be home by a reasonable hour because they have school or work the next day, thus they get an earlier start than the bar crowd. Try going around 4, 4:30 and see what you find if you're still in the area.

Price vs tip

It can't not matter when the girls start to talk among themselves and start getting jealous that her friend got this much and I only got this much. It's just human nature.
Also, I seriously doubt the local authorities pay any attention whatsoever to what's written on a message board unless it refers to something of an illegal nature.

Yes there is a balance between religion / government / tolerance for our hobby in Jakarta. But to think what we write here will influence it at all is hogwash. The Jakarta scene is almost entirely based on local demand, with the exception of a few higher end places like Malio. The government and police all know about what happens there and our little TR's make no difference. Also Jakarta will never be a Bangkok or Pattaya or Angeles. It gets few tourists and some business travelers but that's about it. It also has a minimal resident expat scene (and almost no sexpats like Thailand). So the Bule influence on what happens either way with these venues is non existent.
Places like Classic may be eventually shut down but it won't be because of anything we say or do. It will be a political decision based on local sentiment and conditions. But the local boys will still find ways to get their little "haram" pleasures. And local girls will always provide.

The girls understand perfectly well that some punters are fresh off the boat, and some are old hands who have been here for years. They know they aren't going to get a ridiculous tip from the latter, but that balances out with the fact that they might become regulars, and at least they know which one is a psychopath and which one is a good client. They will serve both groups. They each have their advantages from a business point of view.

BJ term
Help me here please. What is the proper Jakartan vernacular for a blow job? Like my exwife, today's visitors feigned any understanding of the terms blowjob, smoke, yum-yum, suck. What should I say?

They said they have open all time.
All offering FS 400.000. I needed to go back to my hotel so 1 mamasan sent pictures of her girls that I can choose to get to my room.
They looked good, just hoping the pictures is true.
