If you want to work as a prostitute, you can go to the authorities and get a legal permit to do so and you have to follow the rules. Your brothel cannot be x meters close to a school, or a church, etc.

Only the prostitute can get this permit and she can get it for herself only. That means no man, or business or private entity of any kind can get this permit. This is to protect prostitutes from pimps.

This means that none of the prostitutes you find in the websites have any kind of permit to work as prostitutes. They are not Greek, they come to the country for a limited period of time, they do their business, and then they move on to other countries.
