Has opposite meanings in different countries. I think BBFS is not something that can be guaranteed for a specific lady and would be impolite to mention names, since she will decide on an individual basis if she thinks there is a risk, or is more than x days since her period too. Her biggest risk of all is pregnancy. Guys trusted not to CIP, may do better, at certain times of the month.
Being her regular helps. Also unsure girls can be motivated by extra money. That is well known. Having blood test certificates could help if girls are smart enough to red them.

BBFS is not a service that's officially on the menu anywhere. I think it's impolite to ask them to publicly announce they're willing to take that sort of risk, but if you're especially brazen, and it's an absolute deal-breaker for you, try asking during the lineup. I always ask for a show of hands on A+ during the lineup, and that's fine.
Due to STD risk, plenty of punters would actively avoid any working girl known to do BBFS with everyone (I'm one of them), so it's not advisable to post names. Of course, plenty of ladies at PSE shop do it for their regulars, or would consider it you have good chemistry and ask nicely.

I think the only place one is assured of PSE service these days is Tulip. Performance standards at the other PSE shops have not been kept up. I certainly remember when SW and Mango first opened; service was every bit as good as Tulip, but with better looking gals. Now the gals are better looking, well a bit better, but overall performance lacks. When a session begins badly, I halt it, dress, and go downstairs and speak to the mamasan. Did this recently with a gal at SW who is now gone. I'm not sure it helps the cause, but at least she knows that there is a gal who is not delivering good service. I think we all need to report to the mamasan when things are substandard. It is the only, albeit small chance that things might improve. Momo has been there quite awhile. It's telling that one who performs this poorly can have any longevity.

I think Amm and Prae are okay If don't need porn stars. I stopped seeing Prae when she gained too much weight (looked too ugly when overweight), but maybe lost it again.
