This operation that you are talking about has nothing to do with 'sex surgery'. It is more akin to liposuction.

Your friends problem is that the fatty deposits in the area above the penis make it look like the penis is shorter than it actually is. The physical impediment caused by the extra fat is that the penis extends less far from the body. An operation would have nothing to do with the penis. It would remove the fatty tissue in the area bouded by the abdomen and the thighs - the pubic area.

Losing weight may help the problem but he would probably have to lose 30% of his body weight, which is unlikely.

I've only been flying Eva for about four years but have been treated well by both air crews and ground staff. They have class between coach/economy and business called "delux class". Good seats and legroom. On a 747 the seat spread is 2 aisle 4 aisle 2, as opposed to the usual 3,5,3. I'm a little over 6 feet and have at least eight inches from my knees to the seat in front of me. Now, I realise that room isn't everything, but service has been fine (although not up to Cathay, Singapore, JAL or even Thai standards) and no BS like 5 bucks for a beer. Drink service after the meals was generous and handy. I've also not had a longer layover in Taipei than 2 hrs going either to BKK or MNL. My fellow passengers have not been lowlifes.

Thanks for your information. My friend, Earl, I guess it woulld be OK to use his first name since he does not post on this forum since he has never left U.S. does not really know what to do however he did find this artical by searching on the internet.

hidden penis is frequently referred to as a buried or concealed penis. There are multiple causes of buried penis including obesity, aging with an overlying fold of abdominal fat and skin, and a shortage of penile skin from chronic inflammation or an overly aggressive circumcision. The skin of the lower abdomen and pubis descends or sags with age, causing the penis of some men to hide under the excess skin and fat. Obesity makes the concealment of the penis worse. Various procedures are available to make the penis more visible if the penile shaft is buried below the surface of the skin from obesity or aging, an overly aggressive circumcision, congenital fat deposits, or a small phallus,

If excess skin and fat are present on the lower abdomen and pubis, the skin and fat are excised, elevating the pubic region and giving a more youthful appearance to the penis and genitalia. If fat only is present, liposuction or open surgical removal of the fat is performed. The skin of the pubis is sutured down to the underlying abdominal tissue, which prevents the penis from hiding in the pubic area. He only ask me to check on the Thailand board (I am usually on the China board since I travel to China at least 2 times per year for fun) since he has heard that Thailand has excellent doctors.

I would appreciate any input on whether you would do the above either surgery or liposuction in Thailand? Sorry to keep at this however he is a childhood friend whom I have know for over 40 years and I would really like to give him all the information that I can find. I have been to Thailand a few times about 8 years ago but for fun only and never had been to a hostipal nor seen a doctor. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the offer. I'm just kinda of burned out on BKK right now. After spending a month there getting the teeth fixed and not even getting down to Pattaya, another BKK trip just doesn't appeal.

I will probably head for China's "Three Gorges" area before getting to LOS again. Although, I may fly to Shanghai from BKK, if it works out cheaper that way. This next trip is definately the RP. Sorry you can't make it.

I'm not convinced Csun is genuine - his persistence here seems strange. There are much better places to get real advice for his pal.

I'm currently about 4kg overweight (damn Heineken), but even when I was a very lean guy I had the little hump - must be genetic. But I use that little clit-grinder to my advantage. ;)

Anyways, let me try to jumpstart this thread. I learned to ride the skytrain today. It was a no-brainer. Got off at Nana. At the back of my mind I thought I would be looking for a building call N.E.P., but such building was nowhere to be found. I did some scouting around and when I saw the Soi 7 sign, it dawned on me that I was walking on the infamous Sukhumvit. And then I found Beer Garden! Yeowsar! I didn't go in. Wanted to save it for tonight. But I noticed that the windows and doors were open. I hope it's air-conditioned b/c I can't stand this heat for long.
For tonight, I have to make a difficult decision: Beer Garden or Soi Cowboy. Right now I'm learning towards BG because I already found it. SC's location is well documented as well...
Any suggestions? I'm not looking for 18 yr old. More like 25-30 yr old.

they have fans which spew streams of mist at you if you sit in their path. it might seem you are being cooled by a lovely stream of cool water, but don't be fooled. You will get up from your stool soaking wet, and withing 1 minute, be even hotter than before.
Sit in the path of a non waterized fan, and you'll be fine. Or go to Gulliver's on soi 5, which is AC, if you are looking for FLs.

I went to the Beer Garden on Soi 7 Nana skytrain station. Selection was so-so and therefore I kept drinking. As expected the more I drink the better they look. And I had short listed, well, one lady. At closing time, she was nowhere to be found. Darn! I left the premise and a short distance away saw a cutie in a red top (it's a popular color). But she was going some where and disappeared into an alley. I hopelessly walked East to look for a taxi to go home. All of a sudden someone called me. I turned around and this stunning 24 yr old beauty wanted to talk to me. I took the bait and settled for LT.
It's never over until the fat lady sings. Especially in Bangkok.

The fine for remaining in Thailand past the expiry date of a permit to stay, currently 200 baht a day, will rise to 500 baht a day with effect from March 15.
