Thats because this hotel is brand new and the reviews are not in yet. We have discussed this topic before and I would give the edge to the Waterfront based on your criteria. But why not stay at the Marriot this time so you can make the comparison yourself?
I was in the Temptation Club lately and was told by some girls they dance naked there sometimes. They lock the door first :-)
According to a girl in the Viking bar they do this between 1 and 3 a.m. (in Temptation, not in Viking).
Interesting development! Can somebody confirm this? And is Temptation the only club where they do this or are there any more?

Day 5...I met a 20 year old chatmate that is as pretty as a model and slender build. We met in Ayala then went to the Convention Center to the Chinese restaurant there which a buffet lunch with peking duck and great ribs assorted salads and too much food to mention, price about 325 pesos, great deal. The Marriott was nice (3. 5 stars). I have not stayed at the Waterfront or MP. I got the impression that both of those hotels (4 stars) were better quality than the Marriott. HOWEVER, it is hard to beat the location of the Marriott. It is about 100 meters to an entrance to the Ayala Mall. It is also right next to the Ayala Jeepney Station which makes it easy for any girl to come directly to the hotel or meet you walking distance away at Ayala. Also, easy to get a filipina to come from Ayala to Marriott. I was at the Marriott November 3-10th 2006. That was right before the ASEAN summit in Cebu so Security was tight coming into the hotel. But no security by the elevator. Also, you can go sit out by the pool bar and come in the basement and look like you are going to the lobby by elevator and just go straight to the room. I did that myself a few times to make the girls comfortable. They have wired broadband in the rooms and wireless in the lobby. The connection was stable and fast enough. I also connected my VoIP router (like vonage) inline with the computer and received and made phone calls just like I was at home. I used that to call the girls since it was just 21 cents a minute to their cell phones.
If you want to have a fantastic meal or really impress a date take her to MP to eat. It was the best meal I had in HK or Philippines. MP is probably the best hotel of the 3 but it's location is good for a view but is a couple of miles out of the way. Waterfront is a good location but not like the Marriott. Waterfornt is exactly 1/2 mile from Ayala and Marriott.
I think I answered your questions. I will stay at the Marriott the next time I go.

Folks, I'm in Manila now, doing the usual combination of hookers and chatmates. What is becoming an increasing pain in the ass, is scheduling times to meet the girls. Reason being, it can take up to three hours for a girl to get from Quezon city to Makati, where I'm staying. This means that I'm in a kind of holding pattern for hours while I get contstant texts, 'Im on the MRT now', and 'I'm close', etc. Also, because of the travel time, you can't just get a girl to 'come on over right now'. Its a big deal for them to come, due to the traffic.
My question is this: do the Cebu city girls have an easier and shorter commute, thus making it easy to schedule them, or even spontaneously call them at maybe an hour's notice? Or do they come in from great distances as well? For ex., when they say on their profiles that they are from Cebu, is it really Cebu or is miles away. And how big is Cebu anyway. Could it take several hours for a chatmate to arrive from a different part of the city?
I've been to Cebu before and found it cleaner and less hectic than Manila, its just not easy to get there in a single shot from the East coast of the US and thats why I never seriously considered it as a base.

Yes cebu city is a small area compare to manila much less traffic unless the girl is from the other side of the island like Moaboal area, but I think chatmate girl is a big waste of time if you don't have more than a week is better just to p4p.

Cebu will reduce the problem by 50%, but it's still there. If you're in central Cebu and she's coming from Mactan Island or Mandaue, tell here to take a taxi and that you'll pay for it. That should get you down to less than an hour. Naturally you want to be there when the taxi arrives. I once made a mistake thinking that the woman would pay the taxi and I would pay her back. Duh, she didn't have the money and sat in the taxi waiting for me.
Some will ignore you and take jeepneys. Expect to wait a while. They have no concept about how valuable your vacation time is.

You can get fairly cheap flights from Clark-Cebu-Clark on Cebu Pacific Air, if you want to do Cebu and Angeles. Only about an hour flight.

I will be visiting cebu city in August thanks for all the info on this site. I have a real estate questions. Is it safe to buy a condo here or another type complex like tower palace. Should I have an attorney I don't want to get riped off. I'm nervous about my money being stolen I am usa citizen. Thanks again. My brief report on my trip in may. First got ripped off at the arena seems like 2 differnt menus. Silver dollar, found a girl that was the best I've had not much other talent though. The viking bars seem to have the best talent. Sunflower is still fun disco and also went to a complex called paseo? It looks like a fun place to bring a date. I will give you another trip report in August thanks.
Cebu isn't really a condo place relative to Manila but Club Ultima in particular is in a good location and should do well but its a way off to be finished, a year or so.
For me I wouldn't buy one until it was completed I could inspect it and move in immediately and preferably wait a year or rent until you knew for sure the place was sound, but the King brothers should do a good job. I am considering it.
I just don't like the membership bit. Monthly dues etc. Don't get me wrong Club Ultima facilities are first class and the place is well run. Prices are reasonable to high.
Another vote for Silver Dollar. Sure in the looks department they are not up to USDA or Angeles relative standards but the ladies are ready to get down to business and I mean down at your room or the nearest short time hotel. Been to Viking and upstairs BG and agree that the stable ladies represent good value in Cebu and the place is well run and is popular among local expats and whorists alike.
As to Paseo thanks for the reminder I heard about this new night life area but passed because it was too new then; I will check it out upon my return.
There are so many interesting places to hang out in Cebu, you can change up your routine daily for a month and everything is under a 100 peso taxi ride from Fuente where there is an absolute abundance of hotels and better valued pension houses within a half mile radius. Just pull out a map head to an area get off the taxi when you see high density of ladies and go for a stroll.
Stroll usually equals 3 blocks in two directions and another taxi between visiting a cafe or eatery and a mall and chatting up a few ladies. I am amazed how most ladies even the ladies at the Waterfront Hotel who when we chat bring up the topic of your love life, so don't worry it will come up or hints in discussion soon enough.
Get a cell. Bring your calling cards, and go for a stroll. But as previously stated downtown during the day is an absolute buffet of ladies, who are not pretending to be shopping just looking for a warm hearted kano. Well warm blooded and breathing for sure, so far.
