Went to Suzie Wong last night and barfined a 20 year old (600 bf). Agreed on 1500 thb short time. Came back at the hotel at around 0. 30 am. Had sex 2 times or actually 3, because the 1st time I could not finish after having many beers already but then sobered up a little. After that she fell asleep and left at noon the next day.
Drinks at SW cost 150, which is a bit on the high side IMO. At Nana plaza I drinked 90 baht beers, not bad. Mercury had no good quality at 10-11 pm (too late already?) and Spankys had a few good ones but I did not want to call it a night yet. Overall NEP was disapponting experience (maybe did not find the right bars). I checked Rainbow 4 but I don't generally like these big bikini bar full of people, I like smaller with better atmosphere and more room and also prefer a lot totally nude dance and show (I want to see pussy, don't we all?) and better to see the whole package before deciding.
Any better advice on bars and girls beyond Nana and Cowboy? At NEP Went to only those mentioned bars. Cowboy went to Suzie, Shebas and no good quality in the least mentioned (ant not nude).
Heading to Pattaya on Saturday for a week, pm if anyone there and maybe could see for a beer.

Bangkok is full of surprises. I am a club guy and love to do clubbing on weekend and my favorite places are Q bar and Mixx. I have learn few things. If you dressed good and good to girls its easy to get laid for free. Thai girls like guys who are dressed for the occasion and who treat them good.
Now here is the surprise part. As usual this weekend I was at Q bar drinking and enjoy the atmosphere. I was not in a mood to pick some 1 because I want to move to MIXX after 3 when Q bar closes. At 3 when bar closes I was coming out suddenly one good looking girl grabbed my hand from behind and told me that I am going with her. I questioned her back why should I go with her? She start laughing and told that she is not a working girl and she is rich that why I should go with her. While we were talking we walked out if the bar. Just outside the gate of the Qbar a black SUV was standing she just opened the door and told me to sit. I was bit surprised and scared also but thought of giving it a try. She drove me to her house. Yes she live in a beautiful house not condo. Once in her house you know what happen. I was there till 1 in after noon had a great fun. No money, no language problem, no love affair. Its pure fun and adventure
Later I come to know she is real estate agent and her family is very rich. One thing is for sure Bangkok is full of surprises.

My previous comment (an opinion) was specifically for seasoned P4P women and, no, I don't think it's an exaggeration. Of course, "new" girls are less jaded with meeting foreign men and subsequent personal interaction.
Not all Thai women who marry farang men come from the P4P world. IMO, "good" Thai women make much better partners and wives than P4P Thai women. I've been in relationships with both "good" and "bad" Thai women, and the good ones were much less apt to lie, cheat and steal.
In terms of Thai women disliking Thai men, many Thai women don't even like having boy babies! They much prefer to give birth to girls. And, there are a lot more "tom & dee" couples than most people realize.
If you understand Thai culture, the ability of a man to "take care" of a women (i .e., money) is one of the primary concerns of a Thai woman (and her family) considering marriage, no matter what her life experience is. Even the few farang guys that I know who have "hiso" partners or wives, pay up!
Money may buy "love," but love doesn't buy gold!

This time of year is tricky as the light is very "hard," either too bright, or lots of shadows.
The Siam Paragon plaza is especially tricky as the surface and buildings reflect a lot of light. Photos can easily get "washed out." The best time is weekends between about 5:15 & 6pm. I was there this past Saturday and did get a lot of good shots (but only one "away" shot).

When I look at the Farangs with Thai wives overseas, a fair percentage of these girls look like probable ex-P4P possibilities.
Some of these girls are real shockers! I know that some ex-P4P girls are capable of having good character though, specially if they were only ever in it for a short time. So I judge only on how the girls behave, rather than their possible history.
Not all "Good" Thai girls make good wives, but certainly some do. I have met the full spectrum of characters in the non-P4P arena from really nice girls to somewhat Psycho types.
Guys into P4P, like us, may not make the best husbands either.
One really good Thai girl I know very well, but not so hot sexually, has finished with 3 husbands / BFs, one Thai and two Farang, and had same problem with all of the husbands, in that they played up. Yes I was one of them, but remain close friends with the girl. Was only the sex part where we weren't compatible.

Anyone who looks reasonably respectable and goes out will probably have had a few experiences similar to you.
E. G, last weekend I went to the local after hours disco (I'm not in Bangkok, so there are not so many of them here) , had a bit of fun by myself for an hour or so. Finding a girl that will go with you for free here is mostly a waste of time since the girls here are 99% working women (down to perhaps 95% on the weekends) , but I still enjoy to spend an hour or two here occasionally.
Anyway, last weekend as I was about to leave, I noticed a girl sitting by herself next the wall. We locked eyes for a few seconds, and I see her reaction is neither positive nor negative. Three second rule applies and I sit down on a chair next to her, hi, blalbla. Half an hour later, after telling her I don't pay for services rendered, I walk out with what later (we've meet a couple of times since) turned out to be a 19yo uni student with (relatively) great English, and also the only women below 25 in the place, not to mention the prettiest.
Strangely enough she swallowed the first time (perhaps because she was quite drunk?) , but not the third time. Will see if there will be a fourth time.
As you say, if you dress relatively good (in the above after hours club, it means being one of the few guys with pants on and without an enormous gut) and are used to picking up women in the west (I. E, be charming) , you can have a lot of success here. Of course, the two times before that I went to the same club, I went home alone. Sometimes you're at the right place at the right time.

Similar to going to the NPL & picking up the cutest little SYT you'll ever see, wearing a school girl uniform, for 1000 ST, which is what you might pay for expenses on an evening out to a club, gogos or bars.
