Good Hotel with nice and clean room with all facilities just in 550 baht and no any joiner charge also. Staff is also very good and friendly. I enjoy staying Beach Inn Hotel and recommend to other also who are wish to enjoy night life of Pattaya.

So much to write about, so little time... But being stuck in an airport waiting lounge does help the concentration.

Last trip to Thailand (end January) went to Pattaya for three nights. Starting at the end of the story, we trawled a few bars both in Walking Street and the lower Soi's, but could not find a bar where both of us fancied a girl (at least not the same one...) Ended up at a quiet bar just off Soi 10, where I met one very cute sweetie. Got chatting and she was really quite pleasant to talk to. Also had a nice pair of tight shorts...

Anyway, it turned out that she was 22 (or just 23), had been working at the bar for about 5 days and had had 2 customers. Cutting to the chase I asked about what she would do, such as BJ (actually I find it very difficult to ask a girl if she will happily give me a BJ. Must be my sheltered upbringing I guess). Her answer was a slight shrug, and something like 'No, I'm not very good'. Alarm bells immediately start ringing, thinking young, inexperienced and not enthusiastic. I got her phone number, and promised to return later, but with a sigh of relief we moved on.

It pays to cut your losses and move on...

Not finding anyone else to my taste (I must be soooo picky), an hour or so later decided that she was so cute she had to be worth a chance. Called her up, telling her it was her lucky night, and went to Soi 10 to pick her up. We got a couple of bikes back to my hotel in Soi Diamond, where I have to say she was awesome. The BJ was probably one of the best ever. Other details I will keep to myself, but suffice to say I have kept in contact and hope to take her out for a few days next time I'm in Pattaya.

Who knows when is going to be this festival there in Pattaya? Which days? And how is the action there for mongering? Positive or negative? I mean more girls in the bars or streets and the prices and service OK as always?

I don’t believe that this water festival is something interesting for me, but my next trip to Pattaya is going to be exactly the days from Monday 20 to Thursday 23 April and later to other cities in Thailand.

I have seen different information in internet about the days of this Songkran in Pattaya, who can give me more accurate information when is going to be this Songkran in Pattaya and how is it there?

Dingy is correct. Songkran starts on the 13th of April and goes for 3 or 4 days in most of LOS, but here in Pattaya about a week. You're going to miss it.

It's a pain in the ass. I've had large buckets of water dumped over my head while riding my motorbike. You can't go anywhere without getting soaking wet. It would be OK if celebrated only one day. Lots of girls go home to celebrate the New Year with Mama & Papa.

I'm using the opportunity to go home too.

Filthy klong water. They put talcum powder in it to burn your eyes. What kind of water would you be throwing on foreigners that were knocking the bottom out of your women??

They use the talcum powder stuff when there's no farang around also, and even when not in Thailand (e.g. in Golden Mile Complex in Singapore).

Anyway, just read in Pattaya Mail: "police raided a karaoke bar at the Ekthanee Market (km 10) in Sattahip after the locals complained [...] that the bars around the market were openly hiring out rooms for prostitution."

Here is a question from a first timer to Pattaya/Jomotien. I plan on arriving in Mid April to go diving the first week in Jemotien area and Play in Pattaya the first weekend and following weekends.

I have checked out both Queen Vic, Secrets. and I think Heavens? GF hotels that seem to have good rates. But also will pick me up at the airport for about 1700b - Dive shop said they would send a car for tha same price, and the hotels send a couple of gals-more so just eye candy I am sure. But never the less some entertainment.

Anyone had any expereinces with any of the VIP transports? or these Hotels for that matter?

Of course would be nice to get a post flight BJ on the way in if possible lol :)

[/QUOTE]It was a good hint to use Bell travel , and as former post said , easy to find at 1st floor. Departure hours are still same as posted, every two even hours, , but if you are too early , there are some other buses going to Pattaya too. I took Bell Travel , as it was commenended, and they change 200 Bhat now for hotel drop-off.
You can also use the spare time to buy a new SIM card , just arround the corner is a Family Mart (50 Baht).

Bus is going to Pattaya Central Bus Station and than "distrubutes" the guys to Mini buses. Took just 2 hours. Perfect !

Well , I answer my own question..... Pump station charges 870 Bhat for BJ in "smile-under-the-table", and BJ in private room 1000 B. Make sure in advance that it must be BBBJCIM.

"Nice with Ice" is now "Spricy Girls"(not Spicy) . They offer the same service.

There is a bar in between , "Golden Girls" , might be similar. Anybody knows?

I would check thoroughly if that "VIP"-transport in a all-in offer. You might get 'surpised' with extra cost/fees!

I never use VIP, as a normal taxi is already good enough (some 1200 Baht)! And another advise to you, as you are a total newbie;

-dont get drunk when hunting for pussy (you might get a ladyboy instead... :D )

-keep smiling, although inside you'r boiling. You are on a holiday! Relax!

-Check and then double check (ladies, lady-drinks and so on). As like you are going to dive!

I hope that 1700 is for round trip. I always get a random taxi in BKK to take me to Pattaya for 900. 1000 max.
