As someone who knows this scene (purely from an educational standpoint gents) if Viper needs to ask he then has no idea as those that play know which web site (s) to look at and ask these questions.
One of the main 'complaints' by those who I know do play (purely at a non playing level of course!) would tell you nationalities don't mix.
