Sometimes I feel that I should visit some doctor or may be a psychiatrist (don't know who is correct person) but I get afraid that my identity my be in danger also as to what and how will I explain my problem. This feeling of being ashamed does not let me do it.

Sometimes I feel I should probably search for some medicine on internet that could reduce my urge level but then I am always afraid of side effects.

I had been taking ISG help for all my mongering but now I want help of other kind.

I will be happy if someone can help.

One thing, we need to be clear is that if you are a regular monger than you cannot stop in a single day. But You can control your actions and not be led by your urges and emotions. Here are my takeaways inorder to get away from mongering.

1) Spend more time with family. Generally mongering happens mostly during weekends when one is free from office / work. It would be a good idea if you can go for a short trip around Delhi with your family and spend some good time with them. Ask your wife to make the bookings so that you are bound to go and cannot change the plans just for mongering.

2) Pursue an interest like Reading, Music or Photography. It will help you to keep your mind off mongering.

3) You can try Yoga or meditation and this will help you relax and will relieve your anxiety.

4) Pay more attention at workplace, and whenever you feel that your mind is wandering away just standup, take a walk, talk to someone, anything to distract your mind.

5) Make sure you follow these regularly over a period of time and there is no reason why you cannot leave mongering.

i totally agree with you paying 4 k to someone who should be paid 1 k is totally wrong.

but the girl with whom i had hj and tl was more or less equivalent to b2b as only panties were not off and fs was not done. otherwise her whole body was available for exploration.

any monger in the world (what to say of isg mongers) can't get anything like that in 1 k from that girl. hardest negotiator from this forum could have got those services in 3.5 k or 4 k that also probably for last 30 minutes.

Well I have an ongoing dilemma and would really like to know the opinion of veterans here. I generally monger using an alias and I have used the alias with a false decription. Does everyone do the same like me or someone here also uses his real name and identity during mongering. I wanted to tel my real name to an indie, but I have become so much comfortable with my alias, everytime I use the same name again and again. It's one of the reason I dnt invite indies and wg's at my pad also. Would love to know other's opinion on this.

Yeah, I would like to keep it as discreet as possible. I don't use an Alias, cause a first name is as common.

Getting WG's to the pad is a difficult matter. I have tried incalls, and its not my scene. I'm just not comfy. I have been most comfortable at a hotel I once used, but I haven't yet gotton around to be regular enough to explore that option as a permanent. I prolly will.

But I never ever allow a drop off direct to my address. It is usually in the vicinity, where I collect and take a stupid route home. It is always late night with me. So some sense of anonymity is there.

Unless you are building a relationship, I feel just as you should have a different mobile number for mongering, it is prudent to back it up with an alias. No harm in being safe. NEVER bring a WL to my residence. Travel black (no identification) whenever practical. Always carry a burner (cheap, disposable mobile phone) to a meet. Additional cash under the insert in my shoe.

You never know when something seemingly good is going to turn bad. Can be simple extortion, or the girl goes psycho, or worse, falls in love.

Only with one particular indie, have I used a false name.
