Quite a few girls will speak some English in Pattaya and almost all will be able to understand the sexual vocabulary that's needed to land a client.

Exceptions may be girls in soapies (but that's a waste of money anyway IMHO) and some real stunners in the gogo's. I think it's even better NOT to negotiate BBBJ because it gives away that you're a newbie (in Pattaya anyway).
