I was there 9 years ago and there was absolutely nothing. Just some big stone box. They didn't want you to take your camera in so you could show people that is was not worth the price of admission. They caught me trying to sneak mine in but in the midst of them stopping me, my buddy was able to get his through and we got pictures of us inside.

If you walked it from end to end it would take about 4 minutes. Now it is mostly gogos there and maybe 4 or 5 bars. The biggest bar is Billabong, which you mentioned. There are tons of girls at Billabong but most of them are older. Seemed like a girl I know who worked there would go to work whenever she wanted. There are no FL on LK Metro.
Soi Buakhao is a long ass street. I would not walk that. No reason to with baht buses going up and down it. If you did though it will take at least 20 minutes. There are only 2 gogos that I can think of on the street; Oasis and Sugar Sugar. Otherwise it is a normal street with bars, massage parlors, 7/11's, gold shops, restaurants, travel agencies, hair salons, pharmacies, markets, banks, etc. No FL on Soi Buakhao besides lbs that you will see late at night.
Keep in mind that anytime you see women walking down the street you can try to stop them and talk to them and from there see where their head is and find out if they are on the game or not. Just start a normal conversation and go from there just as you would anywhere else in the world.

If you haven't checked out LK Metro, then do so. The downside, however, is that the LK Metro Go Go's have priced themselves equal to the Walking Street Go Go's which they are not in terms of talent. That is too bad because if they had been a little smarter and set prices 10% to 20% lower, I think they would have been a smash hit.
On my last trip, I visited Kaos (a small Go Go), Showgirls, and Bachelors. Of the three, Showgirls seemed to have the most to offer. I would go back to that place again for sure. But as chance would have it, I met a pretty little 18 year old door girl outside of Bachelors and after striking up a little conversation we went inside for a couple rounds of Tequila. It is actually in the steeply sloping corridor between the entrance and the central room. 30 years ago (when I first visited Egypt) they had wooden steps installed there.
And you are entirely right: there is nothing worthwhile to see inside the Geeat Pyramid.

I like also going to places like Soi 6 in day time, do you think the rooms upstairs are safe or do you normally take them back to hotel?

That beng said, an LT girl that performed well gets a few hundered baht extra from me unless she has already received a few ladydrinks (on which she got a nice commission).
For ST "soi 6" sessions, one hundred is really enough.
What do you mean with "the rooms upstairs are safe"? I have never had a problem, although the stairs to go to the rooms are sometimes badly lighted, very steep or narrow so you should not go there if you are drunk lest you fall.
I don't think Soi 6 girls go with you to your hotel for ST sessions or they may perhaps charge you extra for it. But I really don't know as I have never thought about taking one out. I have always found it a great convenience of Soi 6 that the bars there have a room above the bar. Far less hassle for an ST session.

You pay the agreed upon price. If you refuse to play the girl calls the police and the police will take you down the police station basically until you agree to pay. But sometimes the girl makes a deal with the cop. Now you have to more and the girl will give a percent to the police for helping her.
I will be in Pattaya from December 24 for 5 days. Been there many times, but cannot remember any specific Christmas events or a good place to go for that particular day.
