Any and everything done during Scumbag Joes stolen 4 yrs with autopen
I agree with most of what you wrote. I think what you do not get Goatscrot is how many laws are made by bureaucrats and unelected judges. Yes, ideally, Congress should make all the laws. In reality, at least executive orders are signed into law by someone who was elected. Well, maybe that was not the case with Biden who probably could not hold a pen, but at least it was true with Trump and Obama. The problem with the Biden administration that everyone is admitting now is that the person elected as president was not making the decisions on executive orders.
And yes, presidential pardons have been corrupted, but they are an important safety valve for when the judicial system screws up.
But everything else you said, I agree with 1000%.
Needs to be voided and I'm guessing the SCOTUS will agree.
Well E sorry but you're missing something important here
I quote IRS data and you quote a bunch of liberal hack sites manipulating data.
Let's keep this simple. Who raised more money, Trump or Harris? Harris. By a long shot.
Who won the election? Trump.
And your response? Trump is in the pocket of the rich. Here is a novel idea, Spidy. Maybe your party lost because your party lied so fucking much and you are doing it again with this small donor bullshit.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/alisondurkee/2024/11/04/trump-vs-harris-fundraising-race-harris-outraised-trump-3-to-1-with-last-pre-election-report/
The Bidennow Harriscampaign committee raised $997.2 million and Trump's campaign committee raised $388 million in total between Jan. 2023 and Oct. 16,2024, the most recent date for which Federal Election Commission filings are available, ending with $118 million and $36.2 million in cash on hand, respectively.
And you keep the lies up. We Democrats are the party of the poor. Give me a fucking break. Your party raised way more money in 2024, tried to buy the election, and lost. And Loony Tooms blames the loss on Muslims and now you try to blame it on billionaires. How pathetic are you people?
You were wrong about the election and you are wrong about why you lost. The rich and powerful in your party jettisoned Biden who won the primary and nominated the weakest fucking candidate I have ever seen in a presidential election.
And you know why Kamla was selected? The real reason Kamala was selected was TOTALLY due to money. If anyone other than the VP replaced Biden, all the money Biden raised would have to be sent back to donors.
But yeah, I have no doubt that you think you are right about everything, Mr. Facts.
Never forget that Scumbags Nancy Carville Clooney and Barry conspired and threatened Scumbag Joe to drop out or else.
He did and he was so pissed he handed Bird Brain the nomination as quickly as possible as a VERY nice Fuck You to the Scumbags above.
He knew she was the weakest possible candidate on the planet and this would be his revenge for being booted off the ballot.
They rigged the election for scumbag Joe over Our Lord and Savior in 2020.
https://amgreatness.com/2021/10/31/how-the-2020-election-was-rigged/
And they wanted to rig it again for someone else because nobody believed he won in 2020.
If they rigged it again for him they might of actually triggered Civil War 2. 0.
Scumbag Joe wasn't going for it, so he just helped rightfully hand it right back to Our Lord and Savior.
Allahu Akbar MOFOS!

China continues to have fun humiliating The Worst Negotiator in History
The full text of Trump's humiliating whine about his ass being handed to him by Xi and China for the umpteenth time in the past and current 4. 4 years of a Trump's Pandemic Presidency, see screenshot below, is hilarious!
Trump claims China 'totally violated' trade agreement with US.
U.S. stocks fell slightly in early trading after the comments from Trump.

BTW, did anybody else catch that President Musk send off from the Oval Office hosted by "Two Weeks" TACO Trump earlier? Lolol.
We can only conclude that President Musk is every bit as stupid, uninformed, a blatantly obvious liar or All of the Above as his now former assistant Donald J. Trump because he just nodded along while the usual fire hose flood of Gish Gallop lies came gushing out of his mouth.
A very, very short list of examples included in, no exaggeration, every sentence that he uttered:
Oh, did you know that Trump's previous 4 years as so-called president were "the greatest economy in history"? Really. ALL 4 years, 2017 thru 2020. Not counting the Trillions he added to the deficit with his one and only economic "stimulus" bill he passed only to produce a million FEWER jobs with it than without it in the 3 years prior to his wiping out millions upon millions of jobs thanks to his Trump's Pandemic, his driving American farmers and the manufacturing industry into Recessions so deep he had to issue emergency welfare checks just to keep them afloat but still could not save the global customers for their product that are likely lost forever thanks to his first failed tariff and trade war with China, the record high skyrocketing of the deficit in every year he was in office improving his golf scorecard cheating skills, the two (2) Bear Market declines in the broad USA Stock market, etc, of course.
Oh, and did you know Trump left office last time with "No Wars" going on? Really. Never mind that the USA Military Directly-involved Combat War in Afghanistan raged on for every hour of every day of his so-called presidency and continued beyond the point where he "left office" and the fact that he lead his America-hating "patriots" into bloody battle on American soil in his War Against America and American Democracy on his way out the door. Those don't count. Lolol.
Bet you can't ...even if they were French web pages?
I think France support more Ukraine and Palestinians than...
Okay that nice!...That YOU think that, but please provide the links, articles or FACTS to support your argument, even if those links are to French web pages!
NOW that would be nice...to see REAL FACTS, from YOU, for a change. That way you don't sound and read like Elvis 2008 (...kkkk!)
Jury nullification is pure bullshit
I have a bit different take. In many ways I'm much more trusting of non-elected bureaucrats than I am of elected officials. Unfortunately it seems either way, elected or appointed we have a poor judiciary that is heavily influenced by money and corruption. And did you dictionary has undermined the true idea of trial by jury, meaning if it jury sees that a law is unjust they can vote to acquit.
Because conversely if the jury doesn't like the accused even though its obvious they aren't guilty they can still vote to convict.
Less we forget, the role of the corrupt Repub/Conservative SCOTUS...
How do you clean things up? Well, it's easy but it'll never happen.
Make all private campaign contributions illegal. Disband PACs and super PACs, have a short election cycle, term limits, and pass a law preventing anyone who serves in or is appointed to any government position panning them from advising or working for any company that advises or does business with the government for 5 years before and 10 years after serving. I would add to this end executive orders as legislation is supposed to start in the house. Let's also do away with presidential pardons.
You'll get no argument, from me either!
But I would like to point out that, it is yet another deliberate, but insidious and prejudicial scheme, by a Repub party and Republican conservative SCOTUS, to corrupt American elections, gov't and politics, by allowing yet another wild Repub authoritarian/fascist fantasy, to run-a-muck, footloose, fancy-free and more-or-less become, very unaccountable.
Then, it was sanctioned legal bribery, in the name of "campaign finances."
Today, we see the most recent incarnation, the Repub conservative SCOTUS MAGA 6, has essentially granted the latest Repub authoritarian/fascist "wet-dream" fantasy, of "KINGship", to the charlatan, pussy-grabbing president and wanna be dictator.
This is the perverted, "wet-dream" fantasies, Repubs see as their idea of, abiding by the constitution, the "rule of law" and an equal, fair and just "democracy".
Really you quote that Scumbag piece of shit
Bush actually understood. Can't believe I'm saying I actually miss him. Totally rational policies compared to the orange stain.

I will just say, if you agree with that clip, you are a pathetic moron just like him!!

I'm sure you like DICK Cheney too.
You just make it so obvious, posters that are expats in the land of the CCP.
Live there because they hate America and Americans and anything good for it, and only want the best for the CCP.
You are a bunch of traitors that belong in prison for giving Aid and Comfort to the enemy (and God only knows what else).
I'm starting to think you're a troll just like Spidy.
The Supreme Court is the most democratic organization left in the US!

Executive Orders are not law. Regulations are not laws. Even laws can be challenged in court.
Example
Nine years ago a police man killed a unarmed black man point blank. He was cleared for his actions. He was sued civilly and won. He won in the appeals court. But in a 9-0 ruling the Supreme Court said that precedent that was used by both the district court and the appeals court was wrong. They expanded the scope of evidence that could be used when making the judgement on his actions civilly.
The Supreme Court expanded the protections for my fellow Americans under the 4th Amendment. It was a great day for the United States of America. The courts are the only part of government that still makes me proud.
Why are Republicans so full of hate? My guess is they are not getting any pussy!
Republican Haters seem like they would rather start a hot civil war in order to cast out of Dis-United States of American all those who do not agree with their view point.
You just make it so obvious, posters that are expats in the land of the CCP. Right here in the forum they have used words to describe those who disagree with them as:
Nah, when the parasite SC was hired, the TSA did not exist. The parasites have no respect for taxpayers. They have no respect for their country. The ability to purge the agency from DEI scum like SC lolololololol.
I fly all the time and I want to be safe and don't want trash like that having any hand in my safety!
They call individuals such as Air Traffic controllers lazy, wasteful and redundant. Their hate knows no bounds. As if somehow if they pay NO TAXES everything in the Dis-United States of America will get better. Taxes are the price we pay for civil society. Unfortunately Republican Haters are anything but.

Can the courts prevent Trump from ripping off Americans again?
For one brief moment Wall Street thought Trump's huge tax increase on the American Consumers and total reversal of The Envy of the World Economy he inherited from Biden-Harris had been thwarted by a unanimous ruling by the bi-partisan Trade Court Justices that anybody who thought he could get away with that scam was full of shit.
Then the Appeals Court ruling to pause the blocking of his economy-destroying Tariffs, as expected, threw those hopes into doubt.
Of course, Trump's attorneys had to stipulate, in writing, that the price of that momentary pause would be their promise, again in writing, to refund all of the illegal Trump Tariffs Taxes that American businesses have had to pay up to now and all during the pause if / when they lose the Appeal. With interest. Thereby confirming, in writing, that, sure enough, American businesses and American Consumers were and are the ones paying those Trump Tariffs Taxes, that their client, Trump, knew it all along and any suggestion otherwise was simply Trump being the America-hating con man liar the World knows him to be.
However, even if / when the Appeal gets reversed, Trump's policies and stewardship have already built-in enough harm to the American Businesses. American Consumers, American Families and so on to rip them off to the tune of almost $1,000 per year if not more. Much more:
Trump tariffs still 'pinch' consumers even if trade court block holds: economist.

See, what everyone knew in that one brief moment was the sooner we get back to the historically strong Bidenomics trajectories Trump inherited from Biden-Harris and away from the blithering, blathering lunatic incoherence of Trump, the better it will be for America and the American people.
