Hi all,
Sorry for the newbie question, but looking at the reports from Pattaya, it seems the scene here is mostly bars, is that correct? Is there much of an oilies / soapies scene, like in Bangkok? Just curious if there are any places like Nataree (in BKK) in Pattaya.

The main concentration of soapies on the baht bus route are Sabai Dee, Honey 2, Sabai Room, and Rasputin on 2nd Road arond soi 2. Honey 1 (not so good) is at soi 10. There are others. Google search.

I guess in particular, I'm looking for something more high-end, not the cheaper options in Pattaya like Walking Street, Soi 6...instead, where would I go to find the newest, cutest, youngest (legal of course!!) talent, if money wasn't an issue? I guess something similar to Nataree in Bangkok...does that sort of thing exist in Pattaya?
And does anyone have any suggestions on the best girl-friendly hotels that are within walking distance to the action?

[/QUOTE]With barfines up to 1600 baht Walking Street for sure is not one of the cheaper options.
If there is one thing I have learned in Thailand is that price and quality are two totally different things that have seldom any discernible connection.
Pretty, young and fresh from the farm can be found in Soi 6 as much as in an up-market agogo club.
Not sure how much research you did but Walking Street is as expensive as you can get. That is where many of the young ones (18-22 year olds) are. A night can easily get out of control and cost 2000 baht in drinks, 1000 barfine, 2000 baht dinner, 2000 baht more for drinks at Insomnia, 4000 baht LT, 1000 baht lunch the next day. 12,000 baht is not what many guys here go for.
The soapies I listed are the high end ones. Rasputin has 7000 baht Russian girls. 1 looked super hot but no chance I was paying that for 90 minutes. 2500-3000 baht is more the range for the nice ones age under 23.
As Wolvenvacht says, don't write off soi 6 just because it's 300 barfine + 1000 to the girl. Some very nice girls can be found if you walk through enough times on your trip.
Tank's list includes quite a few BKK massage places like The Lord, Nataree, Emmanuelle, etc. etc.

Hotel: Baywalk Residence; 5 minute walk to WS and if you pay up, nice bay views from your balcony. Very guest friendly, don't even take their ID.
Where are the best girls as in where are the hottest girls is a subjective question. Your "hot" might be my "no thank you - not on your life" and vice a versa, but for my idea of the best looking girls in Pattaya, check out the girls in What's Up, Sensations, Happy, and Sapphire A Go Go from 8 pm to 10 pm and then later after midnight, if you still haven't found what you are looking for, head over to I Bar.
BKK is a different story. There is more variety in the types of venues in BKK. So in addition to a few very good Go Go's like Crazy House, Baccara, RB4 (or whatever they are now calling themselves) and Mandarin which are more or less on par with the better Pattaya Walking Street Go Go's; BKK has some high end Soapy massage parlors and a number of G Clubs with some classy looking girls inside. Check out La Belle and the Lord Massage parlors and also the Pimp and Sherbert G Clubs. Pattaya has nothing to compare with these latter high end BKK venues. Be prepared to spend LARGE especially in the G Clubs or do not bother going.
This is far from a comprehensive list. I don't visit that many different Go Go's per trip anymore. I tend to rely 10 or so Go Go's that have served me well in the past and then I branch out a little from there. There are three predominate elements that make or break a bar as far as I am concerned: First is the quality of the girls, second is the fun or bawdiness factor of the bar, and third is my previous track record with the girls I have barfined out of each respective Go Go. Basically I go where the quality girls are, but then all things being equal, I like a bar where the girls are nude and where a certain amount of loose personal interaction is involved, even encouraged, and where I have good times. So here are my favorite Go Go's of 2015:
1. Crazy House (Soi 23) - this place has the quality girls, the nudity and the bawdiness. It is my current favorite bar in LOS.
2. Whats Up (Pat) - God I hate to like this bar, but I like it. I think the girls in here are just a little bit hotter/better looking than CH girls, but no nudity except for the lesbian show, not the same level of bawdiness, and the Agency barfine structure place this bar in 2nd place as far as I am concerned. Some guys love to hate this bar and I can understand why. But hot damn! They have the most attractive girls of any Go Go in LOS and that counts for something in my book.
3. Sapphire (Pat) - The quality of girls is a little less than at Whats Up, but this is a more fun place. I like this bar. This is a great bar.
4. Mandarin (Nana) - Yeah, another Agency Coyote bar, ugh, but what can I say, they have some sexy girls and I have had some good times in this bar in 2015.
5. RnB bar (formerly RB4) (Nana) - I haven't been here since the closure and the name change, but in October they still had a pretty good lineup. I take my time selecting a girl in this bar to avoid picking a fast turnaround girl. The prettiest girls wear tops and are on the right hand stage.
Honorable Mention: 6. Sensations (Pat), 7. Happy (Pat), 8. Baccara (Cowboy), 9. Bada Bing (Patpong) 10. Airport (Pat), 11. Shark (Cowboy), and 12. Suzi Wong* (Cowboy).
I know this list is very subjective and limited so I would like to hear from other BM's on which bars are their favorites. I thought 2015 was a pretty good year. I hope 2016 will be even better.
*One of my favorite bar girls used to work in Suzi Wong. After a bar raid in mid 2015, she being a Cambodian passport holder was no longer able to work in SW. With her in the lineup SW was one of my favorite bars of 2015. Without her in the lineup, not so much, but it is still a very friendly bar so it remains on my honorable mention list and it is worth stopping by and having a beer.

Seems like Walking Street is the equivalent of BKK's Soi Cowboy or Nana. I'm more interested in places such as La Belle, The Lord, etc, (I much prefer the quiet atmosphere of an soapy to bar streets) but they don't seem to exist in Pattaya. In any case, I'll check out Rasputin and your other suggestions.
Was planning on staying at Aya Boutique Hotel, heard good things about that place, but will check out Bayview Residence too.

The Lord and La Belle are in Bangkok, not Pattaya.
Yes, I know. What I meant was that I was hoping to find the equivalent of The Lord, La Belle, or Nataree in Pattaya. But it seems like the focus of Pattaya is mostly bar streets, and not soapies. Having never been there, I'm sort of imagining Pattaya as a much larger Soi Cowboy. Anyways, I guess I'll find out soon!

Both are way cheaper than Nataree or Lords (2600 Baht ). And the lineup at Honey 2 is very good IMHO.
There is also Sabai Dee and Rasputin, but I haven't tried either one.

I wish I had known about Whats Up. I would definitely have checked it out.
I would also add Iron Bar (Patts) the list. There are a few real stunners in there and girls take their tops off. Also a soapie tub show in the middle of the club. The girls will why will get down with you if you buy them a drink with dirty dancing, rubbing, feeling them up, and even DFK. Prices (at least during high season) are steep though. 1 K BF and 4500/5500ST LT! But I am sure they will drop soon. Consequently I did not take the girl I really liked from there (Emi. Sorry don't know the number). But she really warmed me up for the girls I picked up at Ibar later. 555.
