Look for girls making eye contact with you. If one does, stop a little ahead and see if she approaches you. If she does then she's probably a working girl. If not, then she may not be.

Drive around the area for a while. You'll eventually find that some girls aren't actually going anywhere - you'll see them moving around, but not actually getting on a bus and going anywhere. Odds are this is a working girl.

It takes a little practice, but in time you'll be able to identify them fairly easily.

(e) How was the interaction with her - what was she willing to do? (f) did you care to complain to the operator after the bad experience?

Anyway. As I said, 6k for a Russian babe in Delhi doesn't sound bad at all, and maybe, just maybe, someone better prepared for what to expect (aided by your input!) could have a better time with this provider. Any further details would be appreciated!

Take care in low light areas. Lots of transsexuals posing as girls. Lock all doors of your car. Open passenger side window only a little to speak. Some of them try and put their hands inside to open the door. Allow any one inside only if you feel comfortable. Carry only essential money with you. Keep your cards and documents safely hidden somewhere.
No shortcut to get a trained eye. keep practicing.

Mahipalpur lodges / hotels are in the news for all wrong reasons ( right reasons for us) ! Locals have objected and there have been raids where CIS women have been caught.

Stay away for a while from that area unless you are very very sure about your contact.
