I'm just going by the menu I was shown a few years ago which had the 500 baht for A+ included in the price. Presumably if the customer and girl are both up for it then they'll just go ahead. I doubt the shop takes a cut. What would be the justification? Maybe someone who's actually paid the surcharge can fill us in.

There were some comments a few months ago about Snow White Candy's boob job that I disagree with. I think it's worked out well for her.
