Anybody remember or notice the price of gasoline in the USA?
My, my but it seems the Mainstream Media has been oh so quiet about the Average Price of a Gallon of Regular Gasoline in the USA since well before the election and have simply allowed Trump to make up whatever bullshit he wanted about it all this time with no pushback from the typically pro Repub MSM.
Similar to their silence while Trump is out there telling everyone the price of eggs is "down 400% an absolute mathematical impossibility, of course.
So, to recap:
The Average Price of a Gallon of Regular Gasoline in the USA today, under Trump, is higher than it was yesterday.
Those prices are higher than it was last week.
Those prices are higher than it was a month ago.
Those prices are higher than it was under Biden on his last day in office and Trump's first day in office.
They are higher than it was on election day under Biden and have BEEN higher under Trump than it was under Biden going all the way back 6 months, a period of time when some MAGAs seem delirious in the blithering notion that Trump has somehow and in some way kept his promise to lower gas prices or any other promise he made with a tangible result.

Rethuglican Killer had Democrat hit list and FOXY Muse and the right-wing troll farms, want you to believe, the killer was what, ...a "leftie" (...kkkk!)
This is precisely the kind "left-white-washing", YOU, MAGA gullible suckers, actually believe what you see and hear, on FOXY Muse and other right-wing media outlets, as they continually photoshop, distort the truth and conveniently leave out things such as, "the Minnesota Rethuglican Killer had over 45 Democrat Politicians on hit list".

Your GISH GALLOP was better, when you believed the number of Repub billionaire robber barons in the 2024 election hadn't funded your Fuhrer.
BTW, w/r of YOUR Fuhrer's attempted shooters, we know for sure at least one of the shooters, 20 yr old, Thomas Matthew Crooks, https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-rally-gunman-identified/ was identified, by FBI, as a registered Repub. (...kkkk!)
Can we say, ''War is a good way to boost sagging approval ratings''...boys and girls!
I find it absolutely comical that one of the reasons the mag has voted for Trump was because they said he was not a war president. Lettuce remind you that he pulled out of the nuclear treaty with Iran during his first term. And now it looks like he might commit American forces even though one of his close advisors said their nuclear program was not directed towards manufacturing weapons. But of course he's completely beholden to Israel. And unfortunately so much of the United States government is.
YES, comical indeed!
Just as the QAnon/MAGA gullible nation, were suckered into thinking, their idiot Fuhrer, was gonna:
Lower the price of eggs, bacon and groceries;

NEVER touch MediCare, MediCaid;

NEVER touch Social Security;

NOT raise or place tariffs;

NOT know what Project 2025 was;

NOT interfere with "states rights" (unless blue, of course);

HAVE a Running List of Promises Made and Broken 2016 https://www.vice.com/en/article/here-are-all-the-promises-made-by-donald-trump-during-the-2016-campaign/;
But the these are just yet another series, in a long list of lies, steaming back from 2016 (and term #1), designed to pick the pockets of the QAnon/MAGA sucker faithless.
However, what is NOT COMICAL, is why the Fuhrer, maybe backpedaling on his non-war-president stance, is IMHO, for nothing more than the narcissistic boosting of his sagging approval ratings.

Trump's Fed Chairman sees potential classic Repub Stagflation ahead.
Trump obviously sees the same potential stagflation result of his crap economic policies and stewardship that his Fed Chairman sees.
The 'tell' on that? Trump is publicly calling him "stupid", his favorite way to pass the buck of blame for his constant failures to someone else; If Powell doesn't cut rates and we get Trump's classic Repub Stagflation, it is because "stupid" Powell didn't cut rates. If Powell does cut rates and we get Trump's classic Repub Stagflation, it was because "stupid" Powell cut rates "too late. ".
And rest assured that if Powell had cut rates already, Trump would be out there publicly calling him "stupid" and "too soon Powell" so he can blame him for his classic Repub Stagflation if or when it arrives anyway.
So predictable.
Fed recap: Central bank signals stagflation fears, Powell says Fed well positioned to wait
At his press conference, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said that policymakers are well positioned to wait before moving further on rates. He also said that were beginning to see some effects of tariffs on inflation.
...........
"Everyone that I know is forecasting a meaningful increase in inflation in coming months from tariffs because someone has to pay for the tariffs, Powell said. It will be someone in that chain that I mentioned, between the manufacturer, the exporter, the importer, the retailer, ultimately somebody putting it into a good of some kind or just the consumer buying it.
All through that chain, people will be trying not to be the ones who can take up the cost but ultimately, the cost of the tariff has to be paid. And some of it will fall on the end consumer.
..........
The U.S. economy has not yet seen the full effect of tariffs on prices for consumers, Fed Chair Powell said.
It takes some time for tariffs to work their way through the chain of distribution to the end consumer. A good example of that would be goods being sold at retailers today may have been imported several months ago before tariffs were imposed. So were beginning to see some effects, and we do expect to see more of them over the coming months, he said.
Granted, The Envy of the World Economy, Bidenomics, that Biden-Harris handed Trump is remarkably strong and resilient. It would be very difficult for even practiced Economy-Destroying Repubs to Crash it.
However, Trump is a very special kind of Economy-Crashing Repub. He has a lifetime of experience bankrupting businesses and losing billions of other people's money. So he just might be able to pull off the contractually-obligated duty of all Repub Administrations to Crash the booming Dem economy they invariably inherit when elected.
Just as he did in his first term.
