Hey all,
Had a real quiet CNY,spent mostly with family and no other fun activities. Though I did manage to sneak out of the house on Sat. and did a little SC run.
When I got to the park I noticed all the touts were hiding and a police man was walking (very casually) around. Walked to the corner where there is a car repair shop and the old man gave me a "walk over there" wink. A tout quickly came out and showed me in (the door is pretty well hidden so the police cannot see anyone coming or going). Only one girl was available but she was pretty cute. Nice legs and pretty friendly. The rooms upstairs were a trip, the wall between the rooms did not go up to the ceiling so you can hear EVERYTHING. I'll be in Taipei for 2 weeks on a fairly tight budget... overnight saunas or cheap housing alternatives would be greatly appreciated!

Went out to the Longshan area earlier today though not much new to report. When I had given up and run out of time and energy, I decided to check again and saw two incredible girls that I had seen earlier in the day. However, this time they were standing in a place that made it obvious that they were working (SE corner of Guangzhou and Huashi-across from the southmost part of the night market street). The rest of the girls in the area aren't bad for Longshan but aren't that good for any other place in the world but the two girls I am talking about were fantastic. My aforementioned lack of time prevented me from trying them out but I have a feeling that they may be used to entice people in, where you will get their aunts and grandmothers. Anyway, it may be worth a try-I plan to return in the next day or so.

Hurdle[/QUOTE]If you read the threads and from travel sites, Taipei is not a very friendly place on a tight budget. The cost of a 3 cheap clean three star hotel could set you back atleast $100USD, especially if you want to be centrally located (around Taipei 101 or other main areas). With that in mind, you really do not have any budget left for mongering, even if you ate of the food stalls that is around the city. You should read the thread for outlying areas. Take some time and RTFF (you could find the meaning at the top menu under "Abbreviations".
Taipei and its surrounding area is not really a great place to be on a tight budget. You are also about twenty five years late for having fun in Taipei. In the eighties it was a great place for fun. Most of the BBS, with their electronic barber poles were signs of fun. Now the barber pole really means a hair salon and nothing else. It was not the place that it was once.
Good luck on your tight budget. If you eat from the food stalls, make sure that you take alone some pepto bismol just incase of "Montezuma's Revenge". If you eat in nice places, just be prepare to pay "American " prices.
PS. I just checked that most western and european branded "four star" hotel are running around 2 benjamins a night. The cheapest seems to be the Four Points Sheraton in the Chung ho district coming in a one and half benjamins a nite. I actually been there a few times and it is not that bad.

We all know about Yuki, number to be find on any newspaper. However my question is to know if someone tried other numbers and could compare to yuki services? Is it possible that all numbers actually reach the same person?

Hurdle[/QUOTE]For a cheap sleep (about $1900 NT) in a central location try the YMCA hotel. It is located near the train station, so centrally. It has nice clean rooms and beds. It doesn't meet your #5 criteria, but then again what do you expect in Taipei for that amount of money. For a sauna where you can crash in bunk beds, try the one at top of AsiaWorld shopping center. The rate is around 4200NT for a session. I don't know how much more it is overnight.

They offer a young girl, usually indonesian or mainland chinese for delivery for 5,000 NT. You can easily negotiate down to 3500 or 3000NT.
