Pranaya spa should meet your preferences, but if you are looking for "Face: 7/10 or above" you may have to exceed the budget you have specified. Search Google for Pranaya, Colombo. It is my impression that women with beautiful faces get snapped up by multi-millionaires, who comprise about 0. 5% of the population of Sri Lanka. (That won't show up in the official statistics which reveal only the genuine tax-payers).

Saw a couple of places on Hitad so thought I would try:

Sun Ri Om on are. A. De Mel Mawatha - 6,000 for one hour and didn't get past the door. Looked like all males but not certain. I don't think its worth a visit unless someone knows different.

Further along there is a Chinese spa called something like Li Took something. Whatever Li was going to take it wasn't my money - 2000 for a foot massage. All beds open so nothing there.

This is a place on the sea road in Bamba towards Kollupitiya side from the Bamba railway station. Its on the 1st floor of a white building and the name goes as L*a**o. The only worry is the stairs leading up to the place is visible to the road. So you better rush up the stairs while having your head turned towards the wall.

I went in and was greeted with a smile by the mature lady at the reception. Just behind the reception desk were 2 ladies probably in their 30's seated on a couch. Both were fair and looked pleasant. One was tall and thin and the other was a bit on the chubby side. Most importantly they did not look like hookers which is what matters to me the most. Their uniform consists of jeans and a blue t shirt.

Paid 1. 5 to the desk and I picked the thinner lady called Raj*t*a. When I was being escorted to the cubicles, 2 more much younger girls emerged from a room and both of them were super cuties!!
