I noticed your report and wanted to see if you found a place to rent windsurfing equipment and kites in Cartagena. I was in Isla Margarita last fall, great sailing but like you mentioned, sparse professional entertainment in the evening. I did find a salsa club or two that had bangin' latinas out dancing. Chupar is far more common, you do not say chuparme since chupar is the infinitive (e.g. to suck and you don't want to say "to suck me") but the imperative - the direct request is "chupame".
If you were to use mamar, vs. the oddly worded other post, mamar me va a bajar, which literally says "to suck me you will go down", more like a camera manual than a request and you will sound like a bonehead, surely. Instead of your bone getting head.
Better to express a desire, viz, Quiero que me chupes. (I want you to suck me - OK a little coarse), or Quiero que me des una mamada. (I want you to give me a BJ) (Mamada is a nick name for a BJ). When you express a request or wish you use the subjunctive, e.g. chupes (vs. chupas) or des vs. das.
If you do use the imperative (which is a fancy name for an order), at least with chupame, add por favor, which is a common way to turn an order into a specific request.
In bed if she is sitting there wondering what to do next try something like , OK, ahora, me gustaria si puedes chuparme, OK. E.g. now, it would please me if you could suck me, OK? Which is saying , now I'd like a BJ, OK.
Learn Spanish people. Present, simple future, one past tense (use the more simple to remember imprefect past tense if you want) and subjunctive. 20-30 verbs and a few pronouns and you can sound like you know more than average.

Mojok - There is a place to rent in Laguito and two places on the Playa de las Americas (This is near the airport and, for kiting, is a much better spot than Laguito). For kites, I think they top out at 9m. You may want to bring a larger kite as the wind sometimes demands something in the 10-16 range in the early afternoon. Finding other gear for rent in these places should not be an issue. For most other spots, you will need to bring your own stuff. Keep in mind, you give up some of the best wind in the world and white sand beaches when you leave Margarita/Coche, but Cartagena is going to treat you much better at night.

The winds in Santa Marta are VERY seasonal. In the dry season it blows pretty good most days, although the DIRECTION can be variable. Also, keep in mind that Santa Marta proper is a PORT, not a beach town. The beaches in town are barely better than Cartagena (read: mierda). Taganga is in a big cove so not much wind (which is why so many fishing boats call that protected bay home). Rodadero is sheletered somewhat by the island offshore and the point where Cascadas is located.
Arrecifies has LOADS OF WIND but hauling windsurfing gear along that muddy track would NOT be easy and would slow you down (it takes almost an hour to reach the beach in good conditions and NOT carrying a rig).

Yes on the weekend there are some nonpros about, although 90% of the time they are with their family and NOT likely to jump in the sack with a gringo tourist (PROVIDED your apartment would allow you to bring in a guest; most do NOT as you MUST get a plastic wristband when you check in and they will not allow you in the building without one).

Whats up guys. I'll be in Cartegena in a couple of weeks and I was wondering how safe is it to go "mongering" at night to all those clubs (LDV, Pleyboy, etc) are there certain procedures to follow, and whats a good area of town to stay at?

I think it's open around 10 and closes around 2, but sometimes seems to close later.
Showing up around 10, not much will be going on. You are safe if you show up around midnight.
The guy that owns LDV just opened up a new place in the old city. It's supposed to be nicer, open later and stay open still later. I can not remember the name (since I'm not much for the 2am to 6am scene I never stopped by) but I was talking with one of the LDV girls "Caroline" from Bucaramanga. She loves it. Anyway, it opens later and stays open till dawn. Many of the LDV girls seem to go there after 2.

You can find girls for 60K on the beach, on the street, in restaurants, and in stores. The ones that want to play will let you know. However, you do need to smile and say, "Hola."
By Gringo I meant person fom the US. Colombians call all foreigners, who aren't South American or Asian, Gringo.
In my opinion, CTG is neither spoiled nor ruined.
You can meet non-pros quite easily with only basic Spanish. Just don't expect a blow job on the first encounter. That can happen, but it is not likely.
