I have gifted the Blu phones on the past to some chicas but they seem to be of poor quality and crack easily. In my recent travels, I generally use Latin Cupid, Tagged, or Facebook for most communications, as I hardly ever go with daily pros, just freelancers and non/ semi-pros. Any suggestions?

If you have that then I would say that is all you need and a local number is not needed. P.S. The IDs have English and Thai on them. With all the women I have been through I have only had a problem with one and even me and her are on good terms now. None of my friends have really had any problems either. From reading the news the majority of problems come from ladyboys. Since I have been to Pattaya once before and to BKK many times. Also, thanks for the tip on Line, so I will use Whatspp and Line using wifi. I have ATT, so no free international Internet. And, local calls will be super expensive. Hence the thought of renting just a basic local phone for calls. And to be reached in an emergency.

Crazy story about your brother, can't believe he did not listen to you of all people. Even after you told him. Anyways, I think I'm pretty good about spotting ladyboys, except if they show up in the discos and where lighting is poor, I know one has be careful. The more I think about it, I may just focus on getting a massage or a soapy during the day and just go to the discos to dance for the first week or so and then maybe branch out from there, after the first week, once I have a decent read of the lay of the land (pun intended) since I have 3 weeks. So, I'm really looking forward to being in the dance clubs of Pattaya and BKK (5 days) and just hanging with the crowd and the ambiance there. Yeah, I know the Patts and BKK discos are like a 9 or 10 compared to Sosua ( a 3 or 4) and Sampa ( a 5 or 6 ).

If the Zika situation persists in LA, I may return to Patts again in Oct ( I think most Thais have immunity to prior strains of Zika) . FYI, I spend about 6-7 weeks in the US and head out for about 4 weeks, which has been my consistent lifestyle now for a couple of years. I like the Philippines but don't care for the food there and I've always loved the Thai culture, since it is largely Buddhist. Maybe Bali next trip is another possibility.

I'm here with another example review of mine. If somebody wants to scold me after reading this, then please feel free to do so. I deserve it I guess.

So here is the entire story.

Like I told in my previous review I was desperate to have another night with this girl whom I picked up from Insomnia couple of days back. I was totally fallen for the GFE she experienced me. I sent her a message to check whether she is interested to spend night with after yesterday's matter (she coming and then going back. Please read my previous post to know in detail), I was not sure whether she would come. But she said yes and I quote 2500 for the entire night to which she agreed. Then she shows up around 8:30 pm, I was waiting at my hotel reception to pick her up. FYI I would like to mention here that "I was supposed to check out and move to BKK today as per my plan, but I canceled my plan, extended my hotel booking just to spend another night with this chick. We clicked few photos by this time. Now slowly we started kissing each other which ended up with a decent sex, time was around 11 pm. To my surprise this time she didn't even ask me to clean up compared to last time almost forcing me to take shower, but I cleaned myself before having sex. A lot of arguments happened, I explained her each and everything like how I changed my plan booked hotel again just to stay with her but she isn't ready to understand and told she had to go anyhow. When all this arguments were happening she used to look in the window to outside multiple times, I just didn't understand why!

Anyway after all these arguments she was not ready at all to stay so I told her I could only pay a short term charge of 1000 bahts to which she reluctantly agreed. I paid her up and she left. Before leaving when I asked her how she stayed the entire night 2 days back, then she hadn't any answer for that. I let her go.

Somebody please explain me WTH happened to me. I know it's my first mongering in Thailand, but this is absurd. What was my fault in it.

Later I messaged her saying sorry for the argument and also requested to make things clear before coming on a call. She is yet to reply. I just couldn't believe all these things happened to me couple of hours back. In a kind of depressed stage now, just wanted to share.

Quiet a few girls out tonight. And I am sad to report that the police are still running them off. Or at least running them across the street for a few minutes. I forgot to mention back at the "café" on Beach Road I was sitting next to a guy that had a bill for 350 baht. He tipped the waitress 1200 baht. He was European and spoke very little English and very little Thai. But one thing was for sure, he had been drinking. Party like a Rock Star!

As I parted ways with May on the morning of my birthday (3/14) at the Vasu Money Exchange and having almost a full 5000 baht more than I did when initially exchanging my money at the airport, I was walking back to my hotel and some guy asked me where I'm going and what do I need. I told him that I am going to Pattaya. He said 1200 baht. I said ok. So I went back the the Majestic Grande and checked out and saddled up for the ride. All in all, not a bad ride and the excitement was brewing as I have built my expectations up for quite some time. On the ride out I reflected on my impressions so far, as a first timer to Asia in general. I am very impressed with the Thai people, for the most part. They seem very eager to help me with anything I need and though things may cost me some, I'm not getting fleeced like in PI. Everything seems more than fair price wise. Anyway, I arrived at LK Metropole at around 12:00 noon and was checked in by a gracious staff, who like in Bangkok, took it upon themselves to let me know that my room was too big for just myself. I told them that I would fill it! The bell man kept telling me he could send up a massage girl. I declined, initially, because I really wanted to try Cory at DD. However, I called over there and she was booked for the whole day. BTW. Whoever answered the phone at DD didn't seem too friendly. Day 3.
