What is available now that is comparable to Lords Palace? Pretty girls. Great service. Large, clean room. If I remember correctly, Lords Palace was priced between about 5,000 and 11,000 baht for a 90 minute trip to heaven. The Pattaya places were somewhere around 3,000 during my last visit to Pattaya.

They are too far apart in terms of quality of girls and service. Pattaya's main strength lies in its many great Go Go's, hostess bars, and in its interesting array of inexpensive afternoon G Clubs scattered all over the place.
Sadly the Lord is no more. I miss it and I fondly remember many, many raunchy 69 sessions I had there with smokin hot girls. The Pattaya soapies are for Farang and Indians. The quality reflects that. In Thailand, the leftovers are served up to (non Asian) foreigners at inflated prices.
If you want quality in Thailand you have to go to the places set up for Thai and East Asian men. The more white people and Indians you see, the worse the service and selection will be.

However, I would not say that service is better at places that cater to East Asians and Thais. Looks for sure as they value looks way above service. Good service for a majority of them is not what good service is for the majority of farang.
