Who else can you rent an old multi-stories building to that is doing well and utilize the whole building. The oilies on Suk 4 are full of hawkers and toothless hags, but there was one in particular. South of the Omni, left hand side. That I frequented about two years ago. Nicely appointed rooms in different themes, en suite bathroom and shower, and the gals expected you to want either a blowjob or FS along with the decent massage.

I am using my observation to explain to G19 why you may say that. Everything I said is based on what I have seen which can be different from everyone else here. I know an MP that went from one building to two buildings. Another one went from a 2-story building to 5-story building with pretty much all Jacuzzi rooms. If you put together everything I saw, then you can understand my conclusion from my point of view.

Well, if gov regulations for opening don't prevent it, then yes, certainly. And I would imagine the ones you are referring to will be the ones that make it. Sadly the PSE shops might not be among that group.

They all own it, they're just going to wait for things to get better, whenever that be.

Regarding Bloomberg report, not surprised at all. My building has so many condos empty. Some say it's because locals don't want to rent in on price they think is less, I don't know actually why so many properties are empty.

Not inclusive list, but a brief few for Bangkok. These are sometimes referred to by veterans on the board as "oillies" (to distinguish them from some soapy massage places, and such). Take this as a good list but not as a "this is all that exists", just a short list. Many others will put ones on they like. There's a lot of shops!

Porn Star Experience (PSE) Shops: Tulip, Snow White.

If you want to do something to her in the room, just ask, they've heard it all. Generally, there's no upcharge for anything, if the girl does it, its just part of what she offers. However, that said, one of the things that makes the PSE stand out is that these girls are in porn mode from minute 1 and go full out.
