Also good memories playing pool there, and there was a regular live band that played 70's rock-and-roll.

I noticed that Amazonia is closed, which used to be a bar with a short time hotel above. Despite the fact it was a dive, I have fond recollections of the place and have been with some great girls in this building, now boarded up. I felt sad seeing the faded paint of its garish exterior.

So I read through a few threads but couldn't find much about the massage parlors. I went to airforce1 and it was closed. A 34 yo New Zealand tourist was shot dead in Makati on Sunday night. About 1:30 am. With his Filipina by his side.

Two robbers demanded his stuff at gunpoint. He apparently went for the gun and got shot.

It happened in Makati but was on the wrong side of the Skyway.
