I have been going to HK since the 70's and have venture into the border of China before it was opened. As with H. K I know they are one up or above the PRC, but I've seen plenty of pushing and split in the back alley's. When I'm there I don't do the tourist thing with family I go local and I've seen more than I care too, as for Singapore only been there once in the late 70's so no comment.

Ofcourse can meet some so called non-pros but ultimately there will be money transaction.

For a expat living there it is possible to get non-pros. However they need to be taken care of. If they have children more so.

I have met some who live there and have a live in GF. They support the girl and her family in spite of them having a job. Well earning thai girls will only look for rich guys to be with preferably with Thai men.

It's like you going over to T-Mobile. If you are a long time customer of AT&T you can ask them to unlock it for you. If they balk remind them how you are a good customer and you would take your business elsewhere. The alternate is to have a independent cell phone shop do it for you. Ask the guys at the AT&T store and they usually know of some one. About $50-60.

Upgrading IOS should not be a problem, however as others have suggested do a Google search.

Last resort get a cheapie phone in Thailand.

After some searching on this forum I went to the biggest pharmacy between Soi4 and Bully's Pub.

1 strip Kamagra was 300 baht.

1 strip Apcalis was 400 baht.

1 strip Viagra was 1800 baht.

I didn't haggle or negotiated, the gentleman seemed professional and told this story a lot of times.

Haven't tried them yet but I think they are real.
