You pay them to leave you in the morning".

And that is the problem with "free" sex: it is rarely free, at least you will never know up-front whether or not she has any long-term plans with you. Such things only cause drama and stress. Perhaps the "older" generation among us have wizened up and have their bellies full of such antics and prefer the certainty of sex with no ties attached.

As far as life in Bangkok? There're not a lot of tourists here right now, mongers or otherwise. Just some folks from the hotter, desert regions and the southern hemisphere where it's the dead of winter.

Plenty of pretty ladies in Bangkok, though, if you know where to look for them!

If I were a young(er) man, tech savvy, and some money to burn, finding beautiful women in Bangkok and the rest of Thailand would be a no brainer. Just know, the best ladies are on the internet, not sitting at some beer bar or massage shop with a blank expression and som tam breath.

However, to make it work it is important to speak a little Thai and Lao / Isaan, have a clue or two about Thai culture, and to be very respectful to Thai people (knowing when and why).

Just showing up with an attitude and agenda will get you nowhere, quickly.

For not-so-young men, or those with limited "game," don't fret, there's legions of sexy, young women at the oiles, soapies, and go-go girl supermarkets awaiting your hungry stares and open wallets.

Just find a cheap hotel, some soap & shampoo, RTFF, buy a BTS Rabbit Pass, and rest assured, you'll be more than happy!

I am with you on this one. Who wants free sex? Not me. There is always something attached. There is always a cost and as we get older our egos matter not to us, we just want to have fun, and fun we have. Even in a relationship sex is not free, well unless you are a kept boy toy.

Only one mentioned to me that she had a faring boyfriend before but, who really cares? I'm conversational in Thai so I don't evaluate their level of English. I've taken several straight from RCA or wherever back to my house. I had lasting contact with three of them. I can count on one hand the times I bought them anything more than some fruit on the street. The most current one is 23, college educated, white skin (for those of you who think that matters) and a decent screw but, she is not a panacea for all my sexual needs.
