Trump / MAGAs should be ashamed of themselves.
It is shameful the way Trump and his fellow Repub MAGAs have carried over their consistent historical hypocrisy about everything as shown in their true love for repeatedly voting to Defund the Police, their snowflake softness of crime, disdain for Law and Order, rejection of the Rule of Law, passion to eliminate Freedom of Speech anywhere they can, total devotion to the whims of Russia Russia Russia, being virulently anti-business and economic success and so on to their latest mission to shit all over Charlie Kirk's grave and legacy:
Trump and Republicans find themselves on the other side of the cancel culture wars.
A debate over free speech is raging in the wake of Charlie Kirk's assassination.
At their convention five years ago, President Donald Trump and his Republican Party rallied their supporters fervently against an idea they characterized as a rot on society: cancel culture.
Too many people, they argued one by one in prime-time speeches, were being publicly ostracized in some cases losing their jobs for exercising their constitutional right to free speech.
"To the voiceless, shamed, censored and canceled, my father will fight for you, Eric Trump pledged then.
But the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was among the speakers at that 2020 convention, seems to have rapidly shifted how Trump and other Republicans see the boundaries of free speech and the rules of engagement for a once-loathed cancel culture.
Charlie Kirk's Own Words on Hate Speech Used Against Pam Bondi.
A journalist has responded to Attorney General Pam Bondi saying she would crack down on hate speech following the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk by sharing a 2024 social media post by the conservative activist where he said that hate speech "does not exist."
Mehdi Hasan, who formerly hosted a show on MSNBC, responded to comments by Bondi with a screenshot of an X post by Kirk, in which the conservative posted, "Hate speech does not exist legally in America. There's ugly speech. There's gross speech. There's evil speech. And ALL of it is protected by the First Amendment. Keep America free."
Bondi spoke about hate speech on an episode of The Katie Miller Podcast.
"There's free speech and then there's hate speech, and there is no place, especially now, especially after what happened to Charlie, in our society," Bondi said.
Bondi added, "We will absolutely target you, go after you, if you are targeting anyone with hate speech."
Only 22% voted for the 'asshole', that's good to know!
I just wanted to point out that it was only 49.8% of the electorate that bothered to vote that wanted that asshole to be president.
Which makes it more like 22% of Americans voting for him.
And when you factor in the reality that is was a swing of less than 115,000 angry Muslim votes from Harris to Trump across the only 3 swing states that mattered being the sole reason Trump won based on the players on the field and not on who we wish had not sat out the game, it comes down to less than
0. 034% of Americans being directly responsible for Trump winning based on their votes.
And even they sincerely regretted their stupid decision almost immediately after the election.
That is the "landslide" and "voter mandate" that Trump and his Cult Followers keep referencing.
Duly noted and much appreciate on the correction!
Got to admit, that that's a pretty sobering correction. If only roughly 22% of Americans, that voted for the "asshole" president (according to RamDavidson84), then it's a hopefully signal for the rest of America to get off their couches and vote.
BTW, still not a "polls guy", but still very much appreciate the attention to details, in providing us with the latest and greatest polls data, charts, diagrams and those MAGA Fuhrer memes.

Hiding Trump's lousy report cards
And he demanded that others like Obama release their grades. We need to get at his taxes next to confirm he isn't as rich as he says he is. Probably leveraged up the wazoo LOL! A total curated fake and a liar! In his first administration he couldn't even say his famous line "you're fired" to cabinet members and other senior officials he wanted out, choosing instead to lambast them in social media. What a loser! The only ones worse than him are those who would blindly follow and bend to him. No matter what he does!
https://youtu.be/cQeyVlcuBhk?si=vX1W2QcemVH5qK3j
Now Trump is pushing to reduce the number of lousy report cards he knows he is bound to earn based on his crap economic policies and stewardship from 4 per year to 2 per year:
Some investors have cautioned that waiting longer for financial information would mean less transparency and increased market volatility, making U.S. stocks less attractive, although several on Monday said they supported the idea. Transparency advocates also say it could give companies greater opportunity to hide or delay the disclosure of bad news.
..........
Investors argue that one of the reasons U.S. stocks trade at a premium to equities elsewhere is due to greater financial reporting requirements. The U.S. benchmark S&P 500 index (.SPX), opens new tab is trading at 24.3 times earnings estimates for the next 12 months, compared to 15.28 times for Europe's STOXX 600 (.STOXX), opens new tab, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Transparency and up-to-date information is critical to life, limb and financial stability.
Thank god Trump continued to fund and retained the agents charged with monitoring and reporting emerging viral spreads and developments ASAP in those Chinese labs back in 2018 and 2019 or we might have seen an otherwise manageable epidemic confined to one region in China converted into a deadly, worldwide economy-destroying, inflation-triggering Pandemic.
Oh wait!
Nevermind.
Hey, let's review Trump's current report cards here before he and his anti-Free Speech fellow Repub MAGAs shut down communication on that, too.
