The building at 389 is non-descript, sort of a plain unmarked office building. You take the stairs up and find corridors with the doors marking the interior as a bar.

Their listed address is Rua Dos Andradas 1560 Apartamento: 2002 Bairro Centro Porto Alegre. To find it you go to the address, but it is like a small shopping center. Go all the way to the back and you will see elevators. Use the elevator on the left, those are for going up to the higher floors. Find room# 2002. You need to knock on the door. The doorbell probably doesn't work.
