From time to time, evenings, they have closed events (company events, bookings, etc), so to avoid surprise, its advised phone and ask earlier.

Mariott Panorama Bar is differrent place, similar to other hotel bar worldwide and IMO there are no chance to find non profi there. However some of the ladies may look like non profi but exactly are not as usually in hotel bars.
