It's always been voter suppression, and NEVER voter expansion and inclusion
In my opinion older American's vote should hold the most weight because of their experience and wisdom and they actually have the time, from being retired most likely, to very closely follow politics. I know that is controversial, but it is how I see it. So many people under 21 are just so inexperienced and uneducated and haven't even developed a fully functional moral compass or conscious. Especially for men who don't really fully mature and develop mentally until mid twenties.
It is a interesting though, while you think younger voters shouldn't vote, there are some countries, like England and Canada, that are considering lowering the voting age. Countries like Brazil, Argentina, Greece, Cuba, Austria and Cuba already, have lower voting ages at 16 & 17. https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/voting-age-by-country
While you make some fair arguments, about inexperience, educated and maturity, there's very little evidence to suggest, that our lower aged voting citizens, are not a fully capable voting block, and are not engaged in democracy and the voting process.

And while positive voting data from other countries, that have lowered their voting age, show and suggest voter turnout and the quality of political engagement, is good, it remains to be seen in the U.S.
Meaning, Conservative, Repubs and right-wing administrations, have ALWAYS looked at ways to "shrink", "limit" or "deny" and "take-away/suppress" voter access and NEVER to "expand" it, for American citizens.
So while lowering the age would be alright, I don't think it'll happen anytime soon. But instead, IMHO, the focus should be on "expanding voter access", with our existing voter base and the rest will follow.

Escalator / Teleptompter-Gate!
It turns out Trump was forced to lift one swollen ankle and foot over another for about 10 seconds and blither his usual blather and lies for an hour, convincing the world once and for all that America can never be trusted or engaged in a serious agreement again as long as 49.8% of the electorate are total numbskull MAGAs, thanks to the typical blithering incompetence of his own staff:
United Nations explains why the escalator stopped as soon as Trump stepped on.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt suggested that someone at the U.N. may have purposely tried to "trip up" the president and the first lady.
Sept. 24, 2025
The United Nations has concluded its one-day investigation into the mysterious halting of President Donald Trumps escalator Tuesday as he arrived at the U.N. General Assembly.
The accidental culprit? A White House videographer who most likely tripped a safety mechanism.
..........
A U.N. official told NBC News that the White House was responsible for operating Trump's teleprompter.
You know, I suppose when you have spent a life-time hiring and surrounding yourself with totally incompetent people out of the realistic and justifiable fear that competent people who know wtf they are doing will immediately recognize that you don't know wtf you are doing, then everything going horribly wrong at every turn must look like the whole wide world is "rigged" against you.
Self-fulfilling prophesy for the unfit and incompetent.
That has plagued the entire Repub Party for many decades.

Nope. Even a demonstrably Winger-leaning polling site proves you wrong again.
LOL. Your being arrogant and wrong is nothing new. I love how you are telling me the polls could have been right when they have dead wrong for the last 3 elections involving Trump.
I prefer the gambling markets where Trump was given a 2:1 probability of winning but even the gambling markets were off on his winning the popular vote. You keep missing that Trump won the popular vote and keep trying to minimize his victory to a few hundred thousand votes.
The other part that you do not get is that what happened in 2024 is the Republicans tightened up the voting process and all the bullshit that went on in 2020 with mail in ballots was kept to a bare minimum. Your dumb pollsters assumed 2020 was an honest election.
Man, you dumbshit Democratic douches cannot admit that you are wrong about anything. First off, all Biden did was suck Netanyahu's dick while he was destroying Gaza and killing hundreds of thousands. I pointed out that his policy was a disaster in states like Michigan with a huge Arab population BEFORE the election. You blew that off as did that fool Cane and did nothing but sit around and say Harris, who was the ultimate shit candidate, was going to win..
The demonstrably Winger-leaning RealClearPolitics site's consensus of polls shows the Final Poll Consensus vs the Final Result for votes was accurate for the past three presidential elections, as well as beyond those, well within the typically cited +/-MoE of 3 points or so.
In every case.
Bear in mind, polls can only assess the number of likely votes and nothing to do with the GOP-favorably rigged Electoral College system. Poll respondents do not know or respond based on anything but their likely vote, not pertaining to the GOP-favorably rigged EC system.
Therefore, as you see in the screenshots below for the RCP Final Polls vs Final Result and applying the usual "If the election were held today" qualifier, the consensus of polls a day or 2 before election day were accurate on the Final vote Result well within a normal, stated +/-MoE, as I have always said.
Now, for whatever reason, RCP has still not yet published their usual Final Polls vs Final Result table for 2024 as they did for 2016 and 2020. Possibly because there is still some serious question about how many thousands and thousands of legitimate likely Dem ballots were destroyed by Team Trump along the way and never counted.
So I have included a screenshot of the only Final Polls page for 2024 on the RCP site to date, see screenshot below, and, sure enough, that one is also accurate to within a normal and stated +/-MoE vs the Final Result of votes in the race.
I also included a screenshot of the RCP final polling in PA, one of the only 3 swing states that mattered and where that handful of angry Muslims were the sole reason Trump squeaked out a historically razor-thin win. Which does pertain more to the GOP-favorably rigged EC system. And that one was accurate within a normal and stated +/-MoE too.
When will you admit you were wrong about this?
Inarticulate much? My apologies for striking such a sensitive nerve lololol
Well, sticks and stones may break my bones, but your hateful, mean-spirited names shall never hurt me! LOL! I damn well know where my interests lie and who best represents them. Believe this. You wouldn't be threatened by DEI if you had your shit together. But no, you're just another phony, bottom of the economic heap, lazy loser doing just enough to scrape by. Got to suck to be you! Why I worked so hard to achieve so I wouldn't be. And I'm not. I pity your shame.

BTW its really really great to be me.
Do Free Speech, Law and Constitutional Oaths, still mean something in a Democracy?
And this is news to you? Did you think when Biden was in office that Republicans would never take back the WH? You dumb douches sure acted like it.
Yeah, you seemed to have missed that fact that not only did Ted Cruz go out of his way to object to Kimmel being canned so did I. Despite the FCC's chair's bold words, the action taken was undertaken by Disney and its affiliates not the FCC chair. Like I said, the Kimmel story was just a stunt to get Charlie Kirk out of the news and the FCC chair took the bait.
How can you still be so freakin' naive? Talk about gullible!
For those of us paying attention, as I told you, when the Charlie Kirk story broke, your Fuhrer was going to weaponize his death. And sure enough, that's what the asshole president (according to RamDavidson84) did and is doing.
Just like the DOJ blonde bimbo (description courtesy of EihTooms) aka. Pam "Blondie" (courtesy of Laura Loomer), she and her counterpart, the dummy FCC chairman, Brendan Carr, are both being puppeted by your piped piper and MAGA Fuhrer, DJT! Both departments are a sham and a joke of non-partisan or apolitical justice and unbiased lawful undertaking, under this administration!
Yeah, NO BAIT...just the "carrot" (keep your job) or the "stick" (fired and kicked to the curb) for the "thin skinned" MAGA Fuhrer's minions, if they don't do his biding, against his imaginary perceived enemies.
The capitulation of the networks, is just astounding and the corporate greed egregious, as they don't really care which way the FREE SPEECH wind is blowing. They'll bend any-which-way the wind is blowing, as well as bend over and take it, just as long as they get their FCC approved deals, their bonuses and their stock price remains in good standing.
As Matt Taibbi just wrote, A close analog to the Kimmel situation was already moving through courts in a high-profile First Amendment case called Berenson v. Biden. Just like Jimmy Kimmel, former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson was "jawboned" off a public platform. He was identified by a combination of White House officials and pharmaceutical executives as a voice they wanted to remove from Twitter for criticism of Covid-19 vaccine.
As a Taibbi flunky, perhaps you should stop parroting Taibbi and think for yourself or at the very least pipe-down and tell the good folks listening the complete story:
how in times of wars, threats of wars, and perceived risks to national security. have prompted the government to, at times, restrict freedom of speech and other First Amendment freedoms throughout U.S. history.

Meanwhile, the asshole spewing misinformation was Kimmel. He actually recommended and laughed at the unvaxxed being allowed to die with heart attacks, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N73L4kYhTxU And this is the kind of free speech you and the Democratic douches defend?
Hey look, I'm not a Charlie Kirk, Taibbi, Ted Cruz or Joe Rogan fanboy like yourself, but just like them, I will defend FREE SPEECH (that doesn't violate the tenants of free speech).
But really, are you still that naive and gullible? Since when do you wholeheartedly, believe any of the shit, that come out of comedians mouths, without verifying facts for yourself? Especially when it's delivered as a joke? When you post this sort of tribal nonsense, you're only embarrassing yourself.
Gosh, you are so moral Spidy.
No, I'd just like my politicians, police (or LE), judges, doctors, priests....etc, and people in positions of trust or have taken an oath, to our obey and honor our laws and constitution, to live up to that oath. Unlike the MAGA hypocrites that are in office today!
Taco King, does it again!
If you were watching the you. And. This week, you saw the president perform a truly about-face on the war in Ukraine. Now international pundits were stunned and truly shocking by the turn of events, and the mind boggling flip-flop from the USA President. However, for most of us, state-side with non-MAGA cult status, it was true vintage double-speak for the Taco King (who happens to be more "princess" than king IMHO).
Russia Trolls TACO Trump Over His Latest Ukraine Flip-Flop https://www.thedailybeast.com/russia-trolls-taco-trump-over-his-latest-ukraine-flip-flop/.
So for all the MAGA suckers listening, let me be clear, is the same president who, for years, has sold his MAGA nation, on the idea that he alone, because of his "special" and "magical" relationship with Vladimir Putin, he could at the snap of this "fat Thanos" fingers, "...end this war, on Day #1". Did I get that right?
I mean after all, he did repeatedly serve this up, as a staple at his rally speeches, some 53 x times (https://www.cnn.com/2025/04/25/politics/fact-check-trump-ukraine-war) on his campaign, to deliver this promise, based on his unique relationships and deal-making prowess. Did I get this right?
And while the flip-flop is a sobering note, that VP Kamala Harris, was 100% correct, with regards to ever making a deal with Putin, the MAGA Fuhrer's failure to deliver on this specific literal promise, cannot be simple explained away as having been "figurative" or an "exaggeration" 53 x times, as some here like to classify their speech.
So MAGA nation, once AGAIN, got sucked into, yet another MAGA Fuhrer delusion. How many times is that now?
On the bright side, MAGA has given their Taco King, another 3. 25 years (approx.) to pick their pockets.
