My low sugar diet is helping to drop off several kilos, and that's even without any exercise programs. Naturally I don't eat french fries, and very little potato.

The best place to find beautiful Indian girls is Sona Gachi in Kolkata, only a three hours flight from Bangkok. You'll never regret it. It's no use to try to get one in Bangkok or any other city outside India.
