The Frankfurt-area has been known for upselling since several years. Logical: a lot of one-time-visitors with limited experience. In Sharks it is completely up to the girls to try to "steal" time / money and so on. The clubowners don't care, they cash big by asking the girls a large amount of entryfees and the offer them the opportunity to cheat on tme for instance, charge higher amounts for extras (50 instead of 25, anal even 100 instead of 50) for instance and if a large part of the clients are easy pushovers, they get their rewards if they try it 10 times, and are not penalised (maybe one or two exceptions for extreme upselling in a few years time were kicked out).

Some girls make 5 to 10 minute rooms, some cheat and charge 100 E for 25 minutes, some girls only kiss for 50 E extra and so on. As long as there are enough clients which approve and obey this situation, it will only get more extreme! See what happened to Palace, it's slowly but surely spreading throughout Hessen.
