The atmosphere in the classic meaning of the word is way, way better in Prague. In the sexual meaning probably too.

I don't know exactly what you mean with "number of possibilities" but both cities are capital and are very big, so you won't run out of possibilities.

But I don't understand that big difference in price. As I wrote already, one can get similar or even better girls for half your price. Those night clubs are often a scam, even in other European countries. It's always better to avoid those clubs, one should prefer normal discos (for freebies or occasional escorts) or massage parlors (something similar to clubs but without scams).

And I suggest to not going to police, as buying sex is illegal in Romania and they could charge you instead for prostitution. If they will not charge you, probably they will not do anything against the girl anyway, but these are all suppositions of mine, I don't know in details the Romanian laws.
