People have been complaining about the mamasans for 20-25 years on this forum. You are not going to change it. You need to learn how to manage it. It's not terribly difficult.

Wandering around the web I found this hotel "GiiA Maluku Hotel". The price seems good as well as the location. 98% of the reviews are positive. Does anyone know it and can give info? For example if it was a problem to bring the girls to the room. Thank's in advance for sugests.

After few No, they will stop bothering you.

Later if you like a girl, just let her know and let her bring the mamasan to you. So the mamasan can write down your number.

I've been coming to Jakarta since it reopened after covid so I'm not a total newbie anymore but I've noticed girls have been pushing for more tips as of late, esp for BBFS. Just a year ago, classic girls seemed to be happy with 200 tip but now it seems 500 is the going rate. Same at empo, seemed BBFS was available for 3 to 500, now girls are expecting 1 million (Seems like it's the beginning of the end for Jakarta.

But the silver lining is it seems like stis are also on the rise as of late, especially the clap. So I guess these higher rates are a blessing in disguise. It was only a matter of time before it happened anyways, look how many BBFS reports there are on here and classic girls see at least 4 to 8 guys per night, 5 to 6 nights a week.

I never paid 500 k tip for BBFS for any girl in classic most was 300 k and that was only a cpl times most of them would accept 150 k or 200 k.

If you're giving them 500 k just because that's the number some of them throw out then you are part of the problem.

Even the last couple of years or so before the world discovered the joy of staying home (alone usually) it was starting to ramp up in demands and base pricing. Except for the locals area (which is really all that gets talked about these days). There has been some price inflation there, I think Travel was about 200 k or so mid noughties so it isn't an extreme increase. But there were also really really fun places for 150 k nearby too. And a CJs girl was 600 k. First time I went over 1 juta for a girl overnight was 2011, from BATS. I thought the world had simultaneously caved in and gone mad. She was hot though.

Where do you get the information that the sti rate is on the rise as of late? And if they are, why would it be a blessing?

My bare back experience has been disappointing too. Many girls flat out refusing BB or asking silly money. My BB statistics so far:

Emporium 0/3.

Travel 0/1.

Classic 2/5.

Kota Indah 2/5.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. But I didn't have problems in Pattaya during the low season last year. Almost all freelancers and Soi 6 girls were happy to accept 500 or 1000 Baht. Here it seems way more difficult for me.

Business connections might want to drop me off at my hotel after dinner.

I might want to have a friends with benefits come around to visit.

I want to be in the middle of a shopping district where nearby Alfamarts and Indomarets, street food vendors, malls, and legit massages can be easily accessible.

I want to find a place where bluebirds are easy to hail and at a location where the taxi can easily head in the right direction of traffic to where I'm going.

I want to stay in a name brand chain to start earning status nights because the hotel bill in Jakarta is so much cheaper than anywhere in the world.
