Here is my simple advice to you, don't plan the plot or scenario let it flow and follow your gut.

There is no rule of thumb to follow, you are there to have fun and get the most out of your buck.

Line up girls from wherever the dating site you find them from, test the water and see what she is expecting for her time spend together in your room. If you don't want to discuss sex, just tell her " you are both adults and you are expecting more than a drinking partner ".

Meet her at a food court in any mall near you, check her out there to clear up all the doubts of possible Bakla and if everything seems good, take her to your room.
