2 night trip report in Parque Lleras, part 1
First off, thanks to all the informative posts, from which I learned a lot to begin my trip.
6 of us arrived at the MDE 4:40 pm and made it to our hotel in Parque Lleras by 7:00 pm. Dinner at the hotel restaurant and then at 9:00, we walk 10 min to the main square where all the bars are. We settle into seat at La Esquina, which has a great view of the park. Great people watching. Afterwards we move onto Hooters, where a server with gorgeous face gave us a list of night clubs where 'all the beautiful girls go. '.
We immediately head off to Sixteena, a 20 min cab ride away. It's on the top floor of a shopping mall and there are 5-6 other clubs on that level, all with different types of music, entry fee was COP $20,000 each, which I thought was steep. Got inside and crowd is mostly 20's, partying to Reggatone. There didn't seem to be many 'pros' or single girls in groups. They kept spraying the annoying chalky smoke which wreaked havoc on my sinuses so we left after just 1 drink.
We get in a cab and go to La Isla, a strip bar some 10 min away up on the hill. COP $10,000 cover each, and we're inside this stadium-like facility with the most seasoned pros I've seen in awhile, stillettos, full makeup, tattoos, 20-30's in age, and fake everything on most girls. One of the guys picked up a gal there, total pornstar look, with fake boobs, hair & makeup. Cost was COP $750,000 for her buyout and all night fee, payable to the club upon leaving, not to the girl. I thought it was total extortion, but my buddy was drunk and fully committed.
The next morning, he said she was good at her job and would massage and / or caress him between sessions. He had 2 pops that night and 1 in the morning. We didn't see him till 1:00 the next day when we arranged a tour of the city.

2 nights in Parque Lleras, part 2
The next day, we rented a van to show us some sights. We visited:
- Botero Gardens downtown.
- Took a Metrocable ride.
- Stopped in Pueblito Paisa for late lunch.
That night, we had dinner at Bar Triada, best food we had the whole time. Steaks, grilled chicken, sauteed sea bass, apps, dessert, 3 bottles of Johnny Walker Black, beers, for 7 came out to US $230. Afterwards, we went upstairs to the open air lounge, Woka. What a cool place. Music not too loud that we could not hear ourselves talk. There was a table of 'pros' that were giving us the side eye, but in the end, we left after finishing our 4th bottle of JW Black.
I went home with a paisa I met, Catalina, girl next door type. She appreciated my Spanish, which is not great, but understandable. As the night went on, she became more and more carinoso -- caressing my arms, hands, running her fingers through my hair. We get back in the room and neither of us had a condom. She says, "I want to see you shoot leche all over the room." So who am I to argue? We take a quick show, lathering each other up and cleaning each other off, but since she only likes cold showers and I prefer warm to hot, she finished rinsing me off and shooed me out of the shower, so she could finish hers with cold water. I thought that was sweet of her.
We get the bed naked and after some serious DFK, DATY, lots of eye contact, she gives me BBBJ, full treatment with eye contact, spitting, balls, shaft to face slapping, jerk and suck. Unfortunately, those JWBlacks were not letting little Johnny to blow his load, so I had to self jerk. After about 15 min of this, she had to lay me on my back, suck as I jerked until I was close, then she took over the pile driving duties. My 1st burst damn near hit the ceiling and on the way down, nipped her cheek and then her breast. I look up and start to giggle, as did she, when the 2nd blast, thanks to her laughing and pointing little Johnny's head at the headboard, fired the 2nd shot that hit me on the forehead and chin. Splat!
Now we're both laughing hard. She had her eyes wide open when I coming, curiously excited as a 5 year old opening toys for Christmas. She continued to stroke my head afterwards, despite my protestations of nearly unbearable sensitivity, she was loving the aftermath. Every stroke generated a full body tremor. It felt nice until about the 10 stroke when it hurt to the touch. Sometimes too much of a good thing is just too much.
She stroked lightly on my face and eyelids till I went to the land of dreams and stayed with me till 5:30 am, slept as quiet as a mouse, kept pulling my arms and legs around her while we slept. Said she had to be at school at 6:30 to attend English speaking class. As she showered, I slipped US $200 in her purse.
My buddies took home some girls from Fase II, including bar fine, hotel fine, cab fare, it was COP $400,000. They both did the backdoor service, too.
The next day, our flight was at 3:00 so we had our driver stop at Loutron at noon, the exact time they're open. Only 6-8 girls were there, 3 of us picked partners, the other 3 sat around and waited. Prices quoted was COP $230,000 for 30 min, COP $260,000 for 60 min. I think we were ripped here, too. Do all gringos who travel in packs get higher prices? Ugh.
Natalia had a gorgeous face, a bit like the model Miranda Kerr, fake boobs and a crazy plump but that you could set some drinks on. We were all sure it was fake, but the buddy who picked her said it felt and moved like it was real. She looked like a 10++, if you don't mind fake boobs.
The other 2 guys weren't so crazy about the girls they chose after their close came off. Girls seemed mechanical, butt and boobs felt hard as bricks. They both stopped the service in 15 min and left the room.
Thereafter, we caught the plane ride to Cartagena.
All in all, the takeaways from our 1st trip to Medellin are:
- weather was amazing, high 60's-80's.
- people are very friendly, if you smile, they will smile back.
- we all felt very safe, but then again, we rarely ventured out of Parque Lleras.
- cabbies didn't seem as dangerous as what I've read on the web, we took a few and felt same.
- not sure we went to the right places, but they veterans among us seemed to think Buenos Aires of 5 years ago and present day Panama has better talent level than Medellin.
I certainly would go back since I was able to meet someone local. Loved the year round good weather. Not sure if I would have any takers from my cohort.

I would take all the public transportation options you listed but would rent a room at the Premier Plaza Hotel adjacent to Botero Plaza for 30 K for the day and pull four girls from the surrounding streets at an average of 35 K each for an expenditure of 170 K not including meals / drinks at say 10 K from local places and another 10 K for transport. For a total of 190 K.
There are so many options available in Medellin from the street scene, to the casa's, to the upper end places and all with great value however you do it. That's what so nice about Medellin compared to other places in the world. However Spanish speaking skills are a must to go the lower budget route in Medellin.
Medellin weather makes a difference

When we were in Cartagena, I was so sweaty and sticky day and night that I didn't want anyone to touch me, so when a girl tried to show some affection by caressing my arm or neck, I made her stop, at least until I could take a shower in an air conditioned bathroom and bedroom.
As for 'ease of use' Cartagena is smaller with fewer choices so it makes it easy to monger there, just head off to Clock Tower after 11 or 12 and you will see lots of options by just sitting in the open area and sidewalk cafes.
