And maybe the days of just showing up and walking out and finding your own fun are over. But I can't help but think that the more you try to plan everything, the more you're going to be disappointed.

[/QUOTE]In some mongering spots, it is absolutely critical to hash out the expectations before going to the room (FKK clubs, for example). In other venues (mostly semi-pro independents), it is better to go with the flow and rely on your rapport and charm. But overall, around the world, I have found that most full pros perform better if they know what you expect. My "target for girls", as I described it, is not my bare minimum requirements for a good session. It is my description of the perfect session for me. I did experience perfect sessions many times at Eden Club.

As far as research is concerned, I could certainly keep my extensive prep to myself, but I think ISG only works if people contribute. I don't want to be one of the silent selfish takers, so I try to compile the last year or two of useful ISG info into actionable intel. I am not expecting to hit every venue on the list. It just gives me options.

Like you, I tend to research and plan down to lowest level of details and that includes locations, services, prices, safety, etc. This is what I have done travelling to over 30 countries over the last 40 years. But here's the voice of wisdom looking back for you: The real (perhaps only) benefit of all that planning is that once you have a plan, be willing (if not eager) to throw it away. The unintended artefact of planning is that along the way you get a great idea of what you want to do, AND you also get deep knowledge of alternatives when your primary plan goes total bullshit. So great, you want to optimize your time and spend. But don't get hung up when you get there and find out your expectations are way ahead of reality. Be willing to bail quicky when it's not going well and embrace one or more of those alternates. Stretch your boundaries a bit and you may find more than you expect.

Finally, regarding Prep: According to my doctors, you need to take it in advance and every day to get the full benefit and protection. Taking one pill just before you drop a load in something warm and pink won't work well. I started taking it one month before I flew to PH and I'm still taking it daily now. Check around your local area for health providers (maybe your current one) for costs. Getting the prescription requires an appointment and blood & urine tests, plus anal and oral swabs. Then you need to retest every 90 days. My plan provides checkups, tests and the meds for free.

I will be in Manila and AV in mid-Feb for one month for my 2nd visit. Should be a lot of fun.

First off, thank you to all who helped me and answered my questions on this forum as I prepared for my trip and to all who have posted helpful reports. I could not have had as much success as I did without all your help.

This is going to be a long and detailed report, so TLDR I met girls from SA and had a blast with each one and took one with me to Boracay.

Although I stayed in a hotel in Makati, I am posting in the Manila forum as my experience could have been had anywhere in the Manila area, as I met girls only from SA and did not venture to P Burgos or any area specific to Makati (although I planned to visit P Burgos but was having too much fun with SA girl, so I scratched that plan).

Firstly the other dating sites. I also signed up for pinalove and filipinocupid, but did not meet any girls from those sites. A lot of the girls were, sorry to say, just not attractive enough for me. Also I was ignoring any profiles that were empty or near empty (just one or two sentences), had phone number in the profile or said "serious relationship only not for fun". That may have been a reason why I couldn't find any girls on those sites. There may have been some hot legit girls who were down for just fun among the ones I ignored. The few girls I did find extremely hot and met my profile requirements did not respond to my messages. I tried on those sites for a few days then gave up. There were just way too many profiles that did not interest me, and I use SA back home and am familiar with sugaring and just felt more comfortable using SA.

Now on to SA. As I mentioned in my previous posts, I was looking to have some fun in Manila then BYOG to Boracay, so I added "travel with you" to my "show members seeking" filter. If she comes to Boracay with me (3 nights) then 35 k plus cost of travel. I specified that the 35 k would be given at the end of the trip as to protect myself from no-shows and bailers. Note that back home I never offer anything for first meet over coffee or drinks, as all of the SBs back home have cars and can drive themselves. I figured 3 K for just a meet would be enough to draw interest and an amount I would be okay with giving if things didn't proceed from there. It didn't matter in the end because no initial meet did not end up back in my hotel room, as I banged each girl I met. However, that was one hell of a post and $1000 very well spent. It was nice to read a good news story. Well done to Curtis.

As an aside, not many girls can / will drop 10 k on an airfare at a moment's notice based solely on a monger's promise. He definitely had the cheat code for gaining the girls' trust and best performance.
