But as I thought about it more, I have dated some pretty book smart chicks with master's degrees and good jobs in Bangkok that act the same way.

It is like these Thai chicks do not realize there is a time to play and a time not to play. The other night me and Cool were in the bar of a chick that I know. This chick appears out of nowhere. I had never seen her before. I am not sure if she worked there or what. But she kept doing some bullshit joking around. At first it was cute and we thought she would just stop after a minute. We were holding a serious conversation and tried to ignore her in hopes that she would just go away. But she kept coming back. Finally I had to confront her and tell her that we were having a discussion and to go away. It worked for a minute but soon she was right back doing the same shit again. We finally concluded that the chick must have been learning disabled.

My neighbor spent the night last night. She just woke up and keeps fucking talking to me even though she sees I am doing something. I hear that same story from a lot of guys. I have no idea how her boyfriend has stayed with her so long. (But he has paid for cars and houses, so maybe he has too much invested. All I have done is let her sip on some liquor that I have had in my room forever.) After a couple of hours I am ready for her to go. But as a coworker once told me, there is a pot for every lid.

Last night she wanted to spend time together because I am leaving soon and her boyfriend is coming soon. She said that at first she thought it would be okay, but the last couple of days when she saw me with other chicks she started to get jealous. So she may move somewhere else. Seriously?

But anyway, last night she was drinking and had the glass on my bed. I told her to be careful because she should not have the drink on my bed in the first place. And what ended up happening? About a month ago my main wingman said he was in Tesco Lotus with a chick he regularly deals with. I think they were sitting at a table eating ice cream and having a conversation. Out of nowhere she just started ignoring him for no apparent reason. He left that broad right there in the store. After a while she started sending him messages asking where he was because she couldn't find him. He told her that he was back in the comfort of his own room and was not going to put up with her shit.

And I have found that sometimes Thai chicks like to pinch you or bite you or even worse bite you dick and then laugh about it, as if it is fucking funny. Usually when they do that shit I clock them in the head.

The other night I was with a chick who just would not stop laughing and smiling. We are in mid fuck and the shit just continued. I kept asking what the fuck are you smiling about. I thought I was fucking the damn Joker or something.

I guess the more time that I spend in Thailand, the more I notice the little idiosyncracies that I did not notice before.

1. I hear you and yeah everyone is different and cultures are by definition different.

2. Something I did not write about was this chick I met at Insomnia that was with me for several days. Now, that's not a month or a year. But, assuming she was totally honest, she'd only been in Pattaya, after a recent divorce in Udon Thani something like 6-9 months ago. This girls Englsih was so minimal and she brought this little teenie weenie book (by the way with phrases customized in print for Udon Thani specifically, for eg " I am from Udon Thani ". ) Anyway, this chick was and is special man. And the last night she was asking me (because I had told her that I was in Thailand after 12 years) if I would see again in 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or 10 years). Yeah, it was tough for me and I'm known as a guy who thinks like a computer. I have her number, she does not have mine. Or my email address or anything. And, true to form I have never contacted her after I left VT 6, more than 10 days ago. But, I guarantee you that all I want is the best for her. I hope she finds a nice guy (LOL probably not going to happen in Pattaya) and has something more than what I can give her. Which basically is zero, until I return, and she is still around and if she even wants to talk to me after zero contact by me for months and months.

Yeah, I try not to get involved. Just divorced after more than 2 decades of being married to a woman from the South who is also a corporate executive in her own right. We had no issues but just that we grew apart. And, no lawyers nothing. She actually got more than 50 PC. So, I'm not willing to even consider anything that draws me back into any kind of LT relationship. Why? I just don't want to feel responsible for another person in any way, shape or form ever again. It's been too much and I just can't handle it anymore.

But, this chick had everything man. During the time she was with me, she was totally classy. Total GFE. So, incredibly nice and so hard to let go. I think it was beginners luck for me in Pattaya. I doubt I will meet another like her. There was a similar chick in Peru and yeah, I find that it's pretty much the same in terms of finding class, for example in Sao Paolo. Compared to the DR where education is shit and the girls really have no class, and where they all culturally move from several to several all the time and it's a big smiling game for them. But, yet, I do like them very much in the DR despite all that because I find that it's way easier for me to even let the best DR chick go. Vs. From Brazil or Peru.

Anyways, what I'm trying to say is that there is always a pearl in the oyster in the oceans deep, waiting to be discovered. I am totally willing to bet that this girl I met in Pattaya is one of those. With only limited time experience of course. But, I'm generally a pretty good read of people and I have tested her personality in multiple ways already without her even being aware of it. Incredibly, incredibly nice. But move on I will. Its best for her and best for me too.

In these matters though, I believe that we are probably in some kind of mathematical universe, maybe even a higher level simulation ( like the matrix) and so these kinds of things can't be made to happen, they will happen of their own accord. Anyone trying to kind of get in the middle may only change the dynamic in what may be my local position in the Multiverse ( as first proposed by Hugh Everett ). It's the only theory I know where all we know of physics and math actually fits the data, particularly since everything ( yeah every frickin thing from biology to our brains to DNA) are proving to me based on Quantum Mechanics ( a la Alfred Schrodinger). And in a philosophical sense the math and physics and its implications also seem to jive philosophically with the Buddhist and Hindu views of the Univsrse ( as Einstein and Schrodinger have also noted).

In closing, I would say yeah, Brazil is a good bet, but I think you should not rule out the pearl in the oyster in the oceans deep in Thailand either. I think the Buddhist culture and frame of mind is a good foundational base but of course a lot more is needed on top of that. I totally dig the Isaan girls and I think the ones that have been in BKK for any length of time are likely to become jaded and hardened by the fast, transactional BKK high city life. So, do keep the faith MR ENT. I hope you don't rule out Thai girls. And may the force be with you!

At least, not for a couple bucks. The landlord can selectively block them, which is needed due to the high tenant turnover.
