In all fairness, how much really is there more for us to know about Patts?? 555. We've really covered this subject ad nauseum. BR, WS, Ibar, Soi 6, LK Metro, Soapies, Beer Bar areas, Soi Bukhao, have all been raked over the coals.
People keep discussing same places over and over. Several spots barely got a mention here (maybe once, with scant details), for instance BJ massages behind Soi Buakao, Thai spots near Esso and off Thapphraya. I'm sure many places got no mentions at all. It is even more the case when it comes to places elsewhere in Thailand (even in Bangkok, many places get zero mentions). Moreover, whenever the "off the beaten track" posts do appear, they apparently generate very little interest or discussion. Either us mongers are not on average a very adventurous bunch, or those who are adventurous seldom care to write much about it.

Which one is off Thapphraya Road?
The problem with the place off the beaten track is that often don't offer much. I been in LE Rouge in Soi Khao Noi, only 3 girls, old and sure "not cute". Similar in other Darkside's bar. So often is you drive on a new road is just a waste of time.

Soi Thep Prasit
Or they wish to covet it all for themselves with no intention of sharing.
These little paradise are almost all gone one after another after the internet age. I have seen many once were perfect little men's paradise totally wiped out or market being ruined when it gets too much attention on the cyber space. Look at Chang Ping, Zhuhai, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Yangon, Phnom Penh, Vientiane, ect ect, list goes on.
There are now very very few bright spots left in the whole south east Asia, it takes some effort to get there, there is no longer any big town with lots of fresh green pastures left, what is left is off the beaten path with small scale local scenes. These places are too fragile to put on the world wide web, because a just few groups of hunters will surely ruin the scenes.
There is still a soi left in Thep Prasit, but it is no longer like the heydays, last trip I drove around there last year, only a few shops semi open, some are open but you won't know unless you know it's open, very few good lookers hang around too long, the good ones are gone and move to gogo bars or soapie very quickly when they know their value. Look for Nakata hotel, they can call for you as well, don't expect too much, it's no longer 2006.

For instance, Lao places in Udon and Nong Khai have been closed after the coup, with army trying to undermine income base of the police, plus punish the regular (non-wealthy) Issan men for opposing them. Those places have been known on the internet for 10-15 years before the closures, but still not many non-local Farang went there. I think the main cause of the demise is that these places often get too big / visible for their own good (more due to locals than foreigners), and in the long term economics (wages rising above livable levels) and demographics (birth rates have plummeted everywhere, and with them the supply of poor women in their 20's). Moreover, when political winds change, it's easy for the authorities to score an easy win by closing down those places. And once closed, even if reopened, they almost never regain the old glory.
To newbies, if reading some of the doom and gloom reports here on ISG is giving you second thoughts, then put those second thoughts aside. Go to Pattaya. If you have patience, a good attitude and a little bit of cash, you will definitely find a sexual experience worthy of your wet dreams there.
Absolutely. My total experience to the mongering activities in LOS date back only to April of last year. That is my reference point. I can read of how it used to be, but all I know is how it is now, and it is great. I guess it all depends on your frame of reference. So, while I can accept that the girls might not be as overwhelming beautiful, friendly, accommodating and, certainly, nowhere near as cheap as they once were, it is still an awesome place, and with the world a changing, Pattaya, and especially Phuket, may not be around as we know them to be within a few decades. Newbies, don't wait too long. Before long us old new guys will be complaining about the old days when back in 2016, you could get laid on Soi 6 with a cute 22 why / o spinner for only 1300 baht.

Usually the reference point is ten years.
I don't know about the rest of you but I don't know anywhere that stays the same for ten years except in my own country.
For the past ten years it been hard as hell to get some sex without all the bullshit that comes with it. In my country guys tell me it was worse then that ten years ago. LOL.
That is why I stay in Thailand.

Levitra
There's a little discussion going on in the BKK thread about Cialis, and I thought I would post this here, since it did make a difference to me in Pattaya.
The night before I came to Pattaya I had some performance issues in a threesome in BKK. So when I got to Pattaya, I looked for some Levitra. Cialis does not work for me; Viagra has some negative side effects, and while Kamagra is a little better than Viagra in terms of side-effects, it's very similar (same active ingredient, I think). So Levitra is the only one that works for me.
I only needed one tablet, since I usually only take 5 MG of the stuff and it works wonders. So one tablet would be 4 doses. I went to about a dozen pharmacies all around Beach Rd, 2nd Rd and in the sois in between and got one of the same two stories. Either they did not carry Levitra (plenty of Viagra and Cialis though), or they could only sell me a packet of four 20 MG Levitra. I asked for them to split it, and they said they could only sell loosies for Viagra or Cialis. The cost for four Levitra was listed at one pharmacy as 1800 baht, and at another at 1500 baht. One lady said she would sell me one Levitra tablet for 1000 baht (an offer that I declined). Moreover, only one person admitted to having generic vardenafil (which she referred to as "Copppee Lewitaaa", I. E. , Copy Levitra), but she said "cannot sell". I asked why, and she said "no have copy". I said "No have, or can not sell?" and she said "Yes".
My point is that Viagra and Cialis are easy to come by, both in relative bulk but also as single tablets. But Levitra is somewhat of an exotic commodity, and so if that is the only one that works for you (as is the case with me), I would suggest making sure your stock is full before coming to Pattaya.

That is true. I have been reselling ED medicine for years and some of my customers request Levitra. I have never been able to find a generic for it in Asia or South America.

If you sell loosies, then you may have an advantage over the other pharmacies.

Visited Kinnaree Place yesterday and I was a bit disappointed. There were a bunch of new girls but none all that appealing except for Kung who I will try next visit. Did not see Kund there I hope she's still around. My other girls were there but a bit down saying business has been slow. Definitely had a lot of girls. Maybe 3:1 ratio at 3 pm.
One of my regular girls since Nov asked me for a bigger tip than my 200 baht after a very poor session. She's cut off and I let her know about it. Not sure if I was madder about the poor session or the begging.
