San Salvador

Me and my buddy tried san salvador for the first time and we were quite happy. Most of it is already mentioned in someother thread but here is the brief report.

1. Kiss Fresh. This is located in a safe area with private security. 6 dollars is the cover. Open from 9 am to 8 pm. They have around 20-25 girls and the place is closed on sundays. 1 hr with the chica costs you only 40 dollars. Usually the girl will ask you buy a drink or a bucket which will cost you another 20 dollars. But it will get you 6 beers. I found most girls here give GFE. Most of them are quite young and pretty. Overall a must visit for a monger in san salvador. The club ambience is excellent with good music and big screen TVs running porn or sports.

2. Zou spa. Price here is also 40 dollars an hour. But the place is quite run down. Quality of girls is lower compared to kiss fresh. Rooms are unclean. This is open only during days. Still a good visit if you are in san salvador but no comparison to kiss fresh.

3. Lips. This is a strip club open at night. No sex allowed in this club. Its huge strip club with plenty of pretty girls offering lap dances and strip shows. You could easily sit at the main stage and watch girls dance nude for hours with no tips whatsoever. People usually just drink their beer and I did not see anybody tipping more than a dollar.

One thing that was so funny watching was tipping girls the coins. Apparently san salvador has only dollar coins and girls actually have a special wallet tied to their belly to keep these coins. I couldn't stop laughing.

This club is owned by an american and is strictly regulated for no sex policy in the club. But you could buy the girl drinks and get her phone number and arrange for an outside visit which most people do.

4. Insomnia. This is another smaller strip club. No sex allowed. You could check it but its nothing impressive.

5. Kairos. This is a discotheque / Strip club. Plenty of locals and always crowded. Lot of girls as well. 3 dollars cover with drink. Chica drink is only 5 dollars and there are couches on the side where the girl will give you a lap dance seminaked. No sex allowed. The music is loud and there is plenty of energy in this club. This club mostly has younger crowd. The stage always has 3 girls dancing nude. Girls giving lap dances usually kiss and allow you to lick their boobs.

6. Street walkers. Mostly on blvd los heroes, zona medica. People told me to avoid them. Some of them are transvests, minors, drug addicts. Be cautious.

I stayed in Villa Serena flor blanca. Good internet with nice rooms for 40 dollars a night. Its not girl friendly. Another hotel I used was hotel alicante. Its nice too but too far from action. Throughout my visit, I could not seen many gringos. I felt safe though. I am an asian however.

If you want sex at night, it might be hard to find. Most casas close at night. Strip clubs don't offer sex.

Few other casas mentioned were special touch and La oficina. Both are little expensive than KS and have less girls with even poor quality. I visited special touch and thats the end of it.

Also, take out at Kairos can be had for about $100 todo la noche. 80% of the girls will go with you. There are some prudes who will not. Also, Did you try Fuego. Its about 30 yards down from Kairos. Nice club.

My spanish speaking skills are poor so I was not able to negotiate properly I guess.

The bartender said there is a big bar fine and separate price for the girl to take her out.

Have you had sex at kairos? Its hard to believe that it can be had as little as 30-50 dollars. I did not try Fuego. Never heard anybody mention it.

There are rooms in there and sex can be had for between $30-$50. I have done it there and many of my friends also we paid $40 each time. As I mentioned not all girls will go to the rooms. Probably about half the girls working there will.

Does anyone know of a place that I can store my carry on luggage? I have a 5 hour layover in San Salvador and would like to session during that time.

There is a Comfort INN about 2 miles from the airport you may be able to tip a bell man and leave your bag there or a little hotel on the left hand side as you leave the airport. There is a sign that says Car Rental / Car wash and there is also a crummy hotel. I have used it by the hour a couple times during a layover. Its crappy but, the people are honest and I would feel safe leaving my bag there. I think the hotel is called El Rancho but, I don't remember.

However depending on where your going if its just a carry on I would just bring the bag with you. You can bring it to Kiss Fresh, or Zou Spa or anywhere else without an issue.

The only real problem I see is if you only have 5 hrs than your looking at 30 min (approx) to clear customs 45 min each way to the city from the airport. So your not leaving a lot of time but, it certainly can be done. Unless there is some reason you don't want to bring your bag with you I would just carry it along. The people at the clubs will put it in a closet for you.

Yeah, you're right. They know me at Zou spa and I doubt would have a problem. I just think it'd be weird to bring a carry on with me that has my laptop, camera, clothes, paperwork etc. Even if it takes 45 minutes for customs and 30 minutes each way from the airport, it still leaves me 2.5 hours to session. I need like 30 minutes to session, and about an hour to pick the girl unless my favs are there. Haha

They will probably put it behind the counter for you or in a closet and, I really don't think anyone will rummage through it. The place is on the up and up. Also, after you choose the girl if you feel more comfortable brining it up to the room with you then you can do that too.

One time my flight was real late and we didn't get into the city until about 1am. We didn't want to go to the Hotel, check in et and waste time so we went directly to Emporium with our bags. Brought them in and put them behind the bar. No problem at all.

Come to think of it. The taxi driver I use down there who has become a trusted friend would be happy to pick you up take you where you want to go and I guarantee you your bag would be safe in his trunk. He doesn't speak any English but, he is very trustworthy. Let me know if you want his name and number and if you give me your flight and arrival time / date I will make sure he is outside the airport for you with a sign.

If your staying at any of the hotels in the city its about $5-$8 to any restaraunt or club or bar which is also in the city. Late at night you may get gringo taxed and they will tell you $10 -$12 for the same fare which would cost you $6 during the day. Just negotiate it down with them.

From the airport its $28.00 to the capital.

El Salvador is one of the most Taxi Friendly places I have been to in the world. Its very easy to flag one down and by in large they are all friendly and honest. They are not metered.

Tried the yellow cabs today. $7 got me from my hotel to the Diamond Chinese restaurant up the hill from KF. $6 entrance when I got there before 6 pm. Full talent roster, lots of diversity in providers...for El Salvador...and there weren't so many other customers that half of them were available. They are having a special, so $31.50 got me 45 minutes which was not strictly enforced. Unfortunately, still not showers in the room. Set up allows for an indepth interview without pressure for ficha drinks beffore going upstairs and that helped getting some chemistry. Also, they offered me the chance to pre-pay for my session ficha, which saved time getting upstairs, and gave some small bills for propinas. Went with K and had a good time. I'm definitely going to repeat. KF hasn't missed a beat.
